I deactivated the few basic plugins I have installed… It seems to be back to normal…
Awesome!
Since we’re here… considering that I don’t really want to justify my text, any clue to avoid big dent, orphan or hyphenated words?
Merci :)
I added
.single-post .avia_textblock { max-width: 655px; margin: auto; }
Is that correct?- This reply was modified 9 years, 9 months ago by iclo.
This reply has been marked as private. My bad. I meant “centered” as in the text block centered (not the text). The text block is currently on the left hand side of the page.
Wow was it that quick & easy? I just tried to add this code. It works but now I’d need to have the text centered. We’re almost there!
Merci :)
OK :)
But before that I’d like to see on an iPad the results I got on an iPhone with your Quick CSS. As I mentioned before this Quick CSS works fine on an iPhone but doesn’t work on an iPad. Any clue?
Merci :)
That was it!
I forgot I named my Items portfolio Base with “series”.
Merci :)
Thanks Yigit but it didn’t change anything… :s
I went for a 5 min break and it’s now back to normal… how weird!?
Hi there,
My reply is about Ismael’s message posted here on Feb 17.
On this website http://www.sidetracked.com hover state works perfectly on mobile. So what would be the solution for me to have the same effect?
Also I added the Quick CSS as requested. It works fine on an iPhone but doesn’t work on an iPad. Any clue?Merci :)
February 18, 2015 at 10:36 am in reply to: Blog Post with full-width featured image and sidebar below #398003Hi there!
I’m jumping in this topic as I’m interested to do something similar. Is there any way to make this layout the default single post layout?
Actually I’m looking for a fullscreen image with title in it and the body text underneath just like this: http://roadsandkingdoms.com/2015/colombias-bloom-boom
In an ideal world, this image would be the featured image (so I don’t have to upload it twice). If it’s too much of a hassle to incorporate the title, something like this will do: http://www.sidetracked.com/cycling-in-afghanistan/
Cheers!

Hmm… I already checked in this section but I can only see options to customize font color, background color, font size, line height, font family.
1/ Where can I change the font style (bold, italic, etc.), the font weight (thin, medium, regular, etc.), the font height, the letter spacing?
2/ The Advanced Style Editor is for headings and header. Thus where can I customize my body text? (same questions as above)Thanks ;)

This reply has been marked as private.2) I have 3 Grid Row. I gave them these unique ID : destinations-1, destinations-2, destinations-3.
What’s next?3) Also, would it be possible to have all this hover effect applied to the Masonry element?
1) It will do. Many thanks Ismael!
2) I’m not CSS friendly enough to even understand that lol
Awesome! Thanks Josue. How did you do it?
Now it would be perfect if I could easily customize these parameters…
font-size; font-style; font-weight; height; letter-spacing; line-height;February 16, 2015 at 11:05 pm in reply to: Full Width Images Menu With Link and Hover Effect #397152Also is there any possibility to adjust the grid height as we can adjust the color section height (100%)?
This reply has been marked as private.I already have Roboto for Headings. I’d like to have it for Body.
I just tried your Quick CSS. But no news from this dear Roboto anywhere else than in the Headings menu… and nothing changed on my website.
Awesome!
Actually I tried with and without Quick CSS and it seems that it doesn’t make any difference… Should I leave it or not?
Btw to make it perfect, I’d like to have all this mobile friendly :-) (at the moment, as soon as one click on the image it opens the page without showing the caption)

February 16, 2015 at 12:55 pm in reply to: Full Width Images Menu With Link and Hover Effect #396659There’s a misunderstanding. I didn’t mean menu as in top menu header. I should have written ‘section’. Please have a look at the links I sent you earlier for a better understanding ;)

Hi Ismael,
I have the same issue as connect4consulting…
I tried to add the code above but it doesn’t seem to work. Any other suggestion? I’d like to use Roboto as both my heading and body fonts.
Many thanks :)
Finally got an answer from my host technical support… it was due to my “neighbor” (I’m on a shared hosting plan).
Many thanks!
If it can help, the only change I made after the theme update was adding the Advanced Layout Builder following this:
http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/use-the-layout-builder-with-any-post-type/I added this code at the bottom of functions.php.

Thanks Frank. I just scanned my website using P3. Even if the results are not as good as I’d like, it seems there’s nothing unusual to report… :-/
I can hardly access my WordPress dashboard at the moment… :(
