I have embedded the video because I can’t wait any longer. I would REALLY like the video to autoplay. If you could fix that for me I would really appreciate it
I just checked the FTP login details by copying and pasting them and they worked fine for me…. Could you try again because I don’t know what more i can do than give you the details that work for me. The revised password was for my website not the FTP side of things. Cheers

I don’t have any skills at editing the FTP side of things and was wondering if there was an option to change it through quick css at all?
No worries if not and I’ll pay someone to fix it for me. I know its only a quick job but I really have no idea what I’m doing with that stuff!
What I am trying to achieve Andy is spelled out in the original question. Just to remind you I said “I was hoping to have it marked up as H1 but when I do this it has no effect on the look of the headline.” There is a drop down menu on the headline rotator section that allows me to select H1 to H6 and paragraph but none of these options when selected change the look of the headline.
Can you tell me how to get that drop down menu to affect the headline itself please?I have done that and it does not display the video. The box on the visual builder side of things just goes large and blank and on my webpage there is a blank space but no video.
Oops! I normally get a notification when there is an update available but I didn’t get that this time. I have now updated to the new version and my problem remains so I would appreciate it if you could take a look and let me know how to resolve the situation. Thanks

The top button is a standard button. Under this is the shortcode that I want to wrap around the content. Under this is a button where I have wrapped the code around it. This seems to have been successful and is sticking (ie. not disappearing when I save.)
The only difference I can see is that this page has been created exclusively in the default editor rather than using the visual builder. The problem I have is that I want to add this shortcode into pages I have already created and that is where the problems have started. There seems to be no way to swap between different editor styles and to be able to input the shortcode.
Any help or advice you can offer with this is very appreciated!

I have checked the contents I have added to the footer and everything looks ok to me but I am by no means an expert. I have tried deleting the content that had been placed on the bottom row but this was automatically replaced with a categories list. Could you be a bit more specific about what might be causing the problem?Thanks for getting back to me Elliot. I had already done exactly what you said.

I have looked at this plugin before and it seems good but I am ideally looking for a code based solution to the problem rather than a plugin solution as I am keen to have as few plugins as possible.
