Hi Rikard,

thanks for your answer. “It will likely work anyway”. This is the current problem. At the moment the WPBakery Pagebuilder doesn’t work together with the Enfold Theme. So can you please support me to get it up and running?

Hi Mike,
sorry for the delay. I was out of office a few days. I’m a little bit surprised at your answer. Some weeks ago I first asked the Pre Sales Support before switching to Enfold. And the statement I got sounded very different: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/migrate-from-another-theme-build-with-wp-bakery-pagebuilder-to-enfold/
And based on this answer we made the suggestion to our customer to change now and to convert later gradually. Because the customer wanted to keep the current costs low.
So please let’s work together to get the WP Bakery Pagebuilder up and running.

Hi Jordan,

at the moment there is no help needed. The customer bought the license. We installed it. And currently we have to migrate a bit. Because some shortcodes/layout were provided by the previous theme.

Hello Vinay,

I deactivated all plugins including the LayerSlider WP in Plugins folder. When activating the LayerSlider WP I got this error again.
After deactivating the plugin I still have the LayerSlider menu. So I guess the LayerSlider comes directly with the Enfold theme. Is this correct?
If there were no objections I would keep it that way. But there is still one question. An activation isn’t possible because the Slider is bundled with the Enfold theme. So there is also no chance to get the premium feature?
