Hi Rikard,
I do have an envato account with themeforest but the license for my client’s theme was not originally purchased on my account (it is on the previous company who managed my client’s website). Under my account’s downloads folders, I have no files. So does my client need to purchase the same theme again just so I can get the files?

I only have the license details from the previous company but no files as it was before I took over this client. Is there a way I can download the theme as it was paid for previously? Or must I need to pay for the same theme again just to get the files?

I have updated the theme and asked their host to update to php 7.1 (because there was an issue on the server side that I couldn’t fix) and I was able to add a caption to the images at the bottom of this page: https://www.sandraschmirler.org/english/in-their-own-words/, but there is supposed to be a name below that was achieved by adding a <br/> into the caption and then the name (ie: It’s Been A Roller Coaster Ride!<br/>Taryn Argue) The rest of the masonry galleries are working this way currently but when I add a new image and try and set the caption the same way it doesn’t take anything after the break and removes it so when I go back to the gallery it’s like I never added it.

We fixed it manually via CSS. It’s not the best solution but it seems to be working.

Thanks for your quick response. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any caching plugins installed on the site before the upgrade and the version of Enfold we had before did not have the performance option.

Yes its been changed in the wpconfig file. But when I do that, the diamonds disappear, but other characters (â€) show replacing quotations and spaces. What’s going on here?
@Vinay thank you so much! what did you do that i did differently? I have many sites that i may run into with this particular issue.
uploading 3.6.1 does the same thing, gives me a blank page. sending moderators private login details for my site. thanks!
@itchybrain Thanks, yeah i tried those 2 options and still doesn’t work. for now, i have reverted back to previous version of enfold. (for those who are looking for a temporary answer)
