Hi, so I did have Smush activated and when I add the Portfolio page to the pages not to Lazy Load it appears to have fixed it. Thanks! I noticed that you mention that the code above would only temporarily fix the problem? Why is that?

They didn’t provide specifics, but I can ask again about it. What are Custom Element Templates so I know how best to answer your question? We are using the child theme so there are a fair amount of modifications, but fairly similar to other websites we’ve developed.
What is that code doing that you sent over? Is that going to negatively impact other areas of the website?

Okay, it seems like the issue lies mainly with the Home page and the About page when it comes to these images. Attached are some screenshots.

Okay, so why am I still not able to see the background images? It is an issue on pretty much every page on my Iphone. I have cleared the cache and have used two different browsers (Google Chrome and Safari). I’ve had it tested by other people on other networks as well.
