I did not. Want to take my time when posting to not look like I am bumping these posts, just under deadline and in a time crunch.
I turned off everything in the Performance section and did a series of tests. All seemed to work, but lost some performance when disabling CSS and JS merging. I’ve enabled those, and it seems to work with just checking Delete all old CSS and JS files.
I tried going back and disabling emojis and saved all changes. The animations broke again. I restored from back up and started over. For now I will just leave delete old CSS and JS checked for now, this works from a backup, but when I make changes and save the animations break.
It seems that there are inconsistencies on the Enfold styling menus, saving and the animations working. I will leave this for now, but will follow up with you if more problems arise. Very challenging this endeavor.

Thanks for your response. Rikard suggested that I update the Enfold theme via FTP which solved the problem. However when I go to Enfold > Advanced Styling > Main Menu Links to change the font size of the links, and Save all changes, the animations and counters break.Furthermore, when I go into Enfold > Theme Options > Favicon and try to set the Favicon (which doesn’t seem to be working) and hit Save all changes, the animations, tabs and rollovers break again.

Spoke to soon Rikard. When I go into the Advanced Styling of the main menu and save my changes the files corrupt and the animations break. The site works for now, but I cannot make edits in the Advance Styling section.
I have deleted the Enfold directory and uploaded again, but the problem persists. Not sure where to go from here.

I have restored from a backup and here is how the product page is supposed to look. The tabs do not load and I have also noticed that the video doesn’t load. I have gone in and updated the main menu sublevel links and they are not styling correctly either. Can you please look into since time is of the essence with this project? Thank you.Not sure how this helps, but here are some screenshots. Counters are supposed to be set to 20 years and tabs should be present to display meter specs and user manuals.
This really doesn’t display the problem as the website does, but here they are as you requested.
I have no idea why these credentials are not working for you. They are correct as I have logged in several times with it. Screenshots will not provide the info I believe you need to see it since there are many pages that have the counters, tabs, and rollovers. I have turned off the security prompt, but please let me know as I must turn it back on ASAP for security reasons. Thank you.
The security prompt can be picky. If it doesn’t work, please try logging in again with the above credentials. It does work and the logins are correct. TY.
The prompt is a little picky at times and sometimes takes a few times to grant access. I have posted a new thread, maybe two and have included the correct credentials. Thank you.

What is Enfold doing in regards to new themes and the Avia Editor as it relates to Guttenberg. Is Guttenberg the reason why there have been no new themes in Enfold as of late?
Also, All of these Guttenberg blocking plugins will not be supported in 2021. Is Kriesi working on solutions to make the Avia editor compatible with the new WP udpate?
I love Enfold and use it for many brands, but am concerned about this since all of my sites are completely broken by the Guttenburg update.

The account is in preview mode only. We should be able to see the trigger fire, and see the event in Google Analytics in real time labeled as Form Submit – which doesn’t happen. I’m not sure where to go here. I’ve never experienced this problem before when a form has a clear form id=”form-1″.
I really appreciate the thorough help on this Ismael, but not sure I should replace the form with a 3rd party form or not.
Before I put in the page caching, all tags fired with the exception of the Forms Submit. Do you not see the tags firing for Google Analytics, JSON, and the Click to Call when in Preview mode? I do. Please see new screenshot added in Dropbox, link provided below.

The container is published. We have 4 tags and 3 fire when they’re supposed to. 2 All Pages, 1 Click To Call, and the Form – which doesn’t seem to fire in Preview more or the published container.

Hello Ismael,
Tried 3 different trigger combinations with the .avia_ajax_form .button. I have attached the screenshots and added them to Dropbox. Ran 3 tests, couldn’t get the tag to fire in preview mode.
The link to Google support is broken, but I set the event. The way I typically do it is dependent on the trigger which is set to Some forms > Form ID > Equals > Form Id Name (which is not clear and present in the Avia form).
The Event is set up in GTM as the track type for Universal Analytics and is baked into the Tags available in GTM.
Not sure how to send a screenshot through the forum here, so apologies for that.
