    No change. I’ve even tried deleting and re-installing the Enfold theme from scratch, but as soon as we get to the point of a complete installation, a critical error is served. This is with no plug-ins activated.

    With all plugins deactivated, I still cannot access the site. Would this not suggest that the theme is the underlying issue?

    Sadly, though, following the steps has resulted in another critical error while updating the theme via the plugin you linked to.

    Where do we go from here?

    Currently, the rev slider plugin is deactivated, but we are still seeing critical errors when trying to edit posts / pages. Switching back to the default theme, these errors do not occur.
    We need both the theme and rev slider plugin to be activated for the design of the site to be implemented.

    Yes, we have switched the theme back to the default one and everything works okay.

    Hi,

    These are the correct credentials. You will need to enter the privacy username and password first, and then log into the wpadmin section.
