February 20, 2020 at 11:29 am in reply to: Pictures and elements not visible – cache problem ? #1186294
Hello,
I tried to deactivate the animations, then the elements are visible all the time (also with reloading the site).
I used animation type “Einblenden/Fade In”Did you changed something with the code of animations by last update?
But I had problem before last update with slides and animations, too:
If a slide like “horizontal gallery” is on the same page as an image with animation then the slide wasn’t displayed or sometimes was displayed wrong (scaled up so there was only middle part of the picture visible).
I just deactivated the animation on that affected page, problem was only there.
But now it’s on home and some other pages too. :(February 19, 2020 at 4:03 pm in reply to: Pictures and elements not visible – cache problem ? #1186093This reply has been marked as private.Hello Ismael,
You’re right, that was our fault. This CSS should only be for one specific accordeon on one page where we needed individual adjustments. Seems we forget to add the class name :)
Thank you for helping! Topic can be closed.
Hello Mike,
thank you. We deactivated the plugin last week but forget to clear cache. So there was no difference visible and we thought there have to be another reason.
I tried again (deactivate plugin, clear cache) and now the search button appears :)Best regards,
BirgitHello Victoria,
temporary login is below. The problem also exists on another page. Link below.
Hello Victoria,
I disabled caching for the affected page.
Only html minification is active, no for CSS and Java Script.
I disabled html minification for now.Best regards, Birgit

Hello Jordan,
there’s no conflict with the plugins. We tried to deactivate them but it there is no difference – masonary is still not visible.
It seems that there’s a conflict with animations.
On the affected page, there are some images above which load with blurring effect by scrolling down.
At the bottom (below the masonary gallery) there is an picture and icon which should also be animated (picture of the man should get bigger, icon should get colored). But the animation at the top seems to affect the animation below so it doesn’t work.
If I deactivate animation at the picture on top, the ones at the bottom are animated as expected. As the Masonary gallery is also animated, maybe the conflict is caused by that?
Best regards,
Birgitthanks for your fast reply and the link.
when will it be out of beta stage?
and i guess the update will be working normally out of the beta version?
thanks in advance!June 4, 2019 at 9:48 am in reply to: php warning(s) spamming errorlog – Enfold 4.5.6 WP 5.1.1 #1106953sorry for the late reply.
ok thanks, so ill reach the plugin creator about the amp error.
but what`s with the helper-assets.php, which is much more frequent?
8183 errors just yesterday shouldn`t be normal.thanks in advance
Hi Ismael,
thank you for the workaround, I’m going to try.
Anyway the video is on our homepage and I would prefer a working color section with videos and slides in IE9.
Enfold supports Video Slides so it should work, right? Please report this issue to Kriesi and keep me up-to-date.Thank you

Hi Ismael,
I tryed the test page in IE9 but I can’t see any video, it doesn’t change anything.
Do I have to change anything?Thank you
CorneliaI’m sorry, but for us this is important!
Can you please answer my question?Thank you
CorneliaHi Ismael,
did you have the chance to show the problem to Kriesie?
Thank you
CorneliaHi Ismael,
do you have any news for me?
Thank you
CorneliaHi Ismael,
thank you Ismael.
I have IE8 on an old notebook at home. I tried the home site (www.hrworks.de) didn’t work.
I try the test page this evening too, and keep you informed. Can I attach screenshots in the private content?
thank you
CorneliaHi Ismael,
I used the youtube videos above on my own installation and they are working on IE8.
-> our problem concerns IE 9 not 8
Is the browser set to compatibility mode? If yes, please try to disable it.
-> no, the compatibility mode is offOur video is already an H.264. codec, nevertheless I used handbrake and converted the mp4 video again and uploaded it.
In the private content you find the test site. The first video (in the colour section) doesn’t work, the second (old one) and the third one (handbrake new) does work. Test within the VM, IE9 and that’s why I think the problem is within enfold colour section or slider because without the section or the slider, the video works.Thank you
CorneliaHi Ismael,
please have a look on former postings. I tried different youtube videos and different webpages in IE9.
Moreover it is not only the video in the slider, even sildes with pictures are not seen in IE9.
In IE 10 and IE 11 the video is working. Am I the only user with this problem? And isn’t it possible to fix this?Cornelia
PS: 12% our visitors are using IE9
Hi Josue,
I relaunched our website and the video is online:
http://www.hrworks.de/I called two customers, who are still using IE 9, they can’t see the video.
Thanks for your help
CorneliaHi guys,
any news for me?
In your VM and ie9 every video is working or only the page with two videos (one seen, one hidden?)
So if I want to get the video on the front page, I have to put a second video below?Thank you
Cornelia:)
checked it with:Version: 9.0.8112.16421
Update Versions: 9.0.21 and Update Versions: 9.0.33Hey!
ahh :) I was wondering. Thanks for the explanation!
The second video is working, the first one not – only a white screen on top.
Did you check our home page, working, too? and the other page attached?
Do you have a running system with IE9 or a VMware or how do you test? Thanks
CorneliaHi Josue,
I checked the page, you included the colour section. I do not check why there is only one video working.
If I check the page in chrome – only one video is working, if I check the page in IE9 – no video is playing :(Do you check the page in IE9? is it working?
Even our home – page isn’t working in IE9 (images in slider are not shown).Thank you
CorneliaHi Basilis,
I tried two differen videos and another website. You can find the video links and the website attached in the private content.
Your sandbox test worked, too, with our video. So I suspect it’s not the video. Thanks for your further help,
kind regards
CorneliaHi Josue,
have you already done some testing on our site?
Did the access work.Thanks
CorneliaHi Josue,
please have a look in the private content, I sended you a new password.
Sorry for the interruption. Our website is still working, right? Our customers login is on our website. Thanks and kind regards
CorneliaHi Josue,
yes, this one is working in IE9
regards,
CorneliaHi Vinay,
I hope you had a nice weekend.
Can you please inform me, when you are going to look after our concern with the video. Thanks a lot,
CorneliaHi Vinay,
thank you for your answer. I disabled all the plugins, nothing changed. The slider can’t be seen. So I enabled all the plugins again.
You can find the login data underneath in the private content and I give you the permission to add additional css if required and deactivate the pugins again. Our customers use our website to login to our software, so is it possible that you start your work in the afternoon about 4pm?
We have 100.000 users and I want to make sure that they still can use our software. Sorry for the difficulty :(Thanks a lot, hope you can fix this!
