Hi Ismael,

I try to activate the parent theme and the mobile menu is working properly. We are using also bootstrap. Am not sure if this have to do with bootstrap? Does the mobile menu not conflict on bootstrap?

wp_reset_query function work like a charm. Thanks.

About the issue on mobile navigation. I try use the original footer code without customization but the mobile menu still not working. Can you please help me to trace what is the caused of the problem on this part.

Hi Elliott,

I already update the theme and this code already gone

.show_mobile_menu #mobile-advanced li {
display: inline-block;
}

But still the mobile menu is not working. The site is LIVE and this can’t be allowed. Most of our clients are using mobile devices. For the we add jquery that when click it will show the mobile menu. Please have look again why the mobile menu is not showing on update theme.

Hi Elliott,

I remove the css that cause the problem and i already updated the theme to it’s latest version.
I overwrite via FTP

The Previous and Next Arrow on blog post still not there. am not using any cache plugin but am planning to use it on future but not now. Am using WPML gravity form. I this something to do with this previous and next arrow on blog post?

We have a problem on mobile menu after the theme update. When you click the menu, the menu items are not showing. We rollback the old theme and it work again. Can you please give me a another solution for this one. Thanks

I manage to fix some especially on Latest Version. Most of the problem now are on Old version especially on IE 8 and 9. Please guide me. Thanks

Hi Elliott,

The site is live and we are using wmpl. Deactivating all the plugins is possible but it will just show nothing after deactivating all the plugins. The step 2, is it possible just to copy replace/overwrite the theme?

Hi Elliott,

Please read carefully this part “We have one form (Gravity Form) on two different pages. on page1, the form file upload is working fine
while on the page2 , when you click file upload, the file upload manage is not showing/not working. The form is working fine with the textbox and textarea. The form is also submitting and notification on email is working fine. Just the file upload manager is not showing/not working.”
on your comment “What happens when you create a new page and add the form that is not working inside it?”.
we are using template with special case. We are using “post_content” to display a content (page with the gravity form) on that page.
