You can close this. This actually worked;
.container_wrap { border-top: none !important; } .container_wrap { border-bottom: none !important; }October 13, 2025 at 6:07 pm in reply to: Having trouble with a full width image header that scales responsively #1490145Ismael,
Thank you for your thought. I had checked that, but these are set to no as default. I found multiple support tickets looking for the same issue, and they all had various ideas, of which I tried them all. Because of a caching plugin, I was not getting an accurate return to diagnose, so I need to take some time to figure out which one I need. I surely don’t need all:
/* removes grey line under color sections */
.container_wrap { border-top: none !important; }
.container_wrap { border-bottom: none !important; }.avia-section {
border-top: 0px;
}#after_section_1 {
border-top-width: 0 !important;
}/*
.avia-section {
border-bottom:10px solid white;
}
*/————-
It would sure be nice if the layout/ border setting would actually work as designed with the border set to off as default, because I can’t imagine why someone would need that function. Just a thought.
Thanks

How do I get rid of the grey line below the color section now?
Noticeable on mobile and tablet views.

If you read my very first post, I cannot use the fullwidth easy slider, as it is not accessible because of how it presents content. It presents as a list item for some reason, which is not correct for accessible readers. I have no idea right now why the color section, which just has a background image is not displaying right now. It was working two days ago, but we’ve been trying to get it to scale responsively for mobile, now nothing is showing.
October 10, 2025 at 8:51 pm in reply to: Having trouble with a full width image header that scales responsively #1490036Yikes, I spoke too soon. the header image vanishes on an actual phone. I dumped the cache on the site. it looks great using on inspect view, but does not on the actual device.

You are a genius! I wish I had known that was there. It must have been added in a release. This works great.
Current accessibility standards are causing havoc with many themes. This was a big one as it is a big problem with the full width slider as it presents as a list item, which is incompatible with accessible readers. Now, I have to figure out how to add landmarks to the pages. Another big accessibility issue.
Thanks again!

These are the settings I’m using for the color section example.
color section settingsThe third image is the full width slider, which operates as I would expect, but I can’t us that. I need the color section background to work as advertised.
I have no content going on top of this element. I’m just trying get an image to display full width.

Sorry for the delay. I’m afraid I need more help to make this happen, can you assist or how do I go about getting a solid Enfold-centric resource?

It looks like I fixed the problem, which was a filtering setting in our firewall.
However, I want to make sure our site is available to you. Let me have your IP and country, thanks.

I’ve deactivated the plugin. I’m still getting the spinning wheel loading the homepage.
I still get a 502 bad gateway error when I just try saving the existing menus, you can try it yourself.-

Ismael,
Just Product filters for Woocommerce. I’ve spent a bunch of time with the Woo folks, but they claim it falls under your perview. If we load a default theme, the listing works.-

PaulAugust 21, 2023 at 6:51 pm in reply to: Can’t change bold color to black on WooCommerce product items #1416785Thanks Rikard, that did the trick for me! You can close this item.
Mike,
I finally got it! It took all three to remove both lines:/* remove menu border */
#header_main_alternate {
border: none !important;
}#header {
border-color: transparent;
}#header_main {
border: none;
}Thanks mate!
Mike, I’ve tried 4 different browsers, private windows, phone, restarting my pc, etc. and I can’t get rid of it.
Thanks Mike, but no. It’s just the bottom line that I can’t remove.
Thanks Rikard, but that didn’t do the trick for me.

I guess I’ll have to backtrack my child theme updates. Very strange. I’ve never seen this happen before. A little problematic. This is a 5,700+ page, 50+ GB site. will continue to experiment with the 301s. Thanks.
December 5, 2022 at 8:20 pm in reply to: When clicking on Edit Frontpage, it takes me to a list of posts #1375146Oops. never mind. It is ok in incognito window, but it appears broke in regular window.
To answer your question, it would let me edit the text, but of course, it was very little to edit without the child theme.
I added the account back.December 5, 2022 at 8:12 pm in reply to: When clicking on Edit Frontpage, it takes me to a list of posts #1375144OMG, that just busted the site. What now?
December 5, 2022 at 5:00 pm in reply to: When clicking on Edit Frontpage, it takes me to a list of posts #1375128ok, using Health Check & Troubleshooting, I’ve deactivated ALL plugins and just left my child theme active and still get the issue.
