Hi, thanks for the reply! I’ve tried inserting it like so, but with no luck. My color section is named av_section_1
.av_section_1 { background: #EEE url(/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/skycontentc.jpg) repeat 0 0; width: 100%; margin: 0; -webkit-animation: slide 20s linear infinite; animation: slide 20s linear infinite; } @-webkit-keyframes slide { from { background-position: 0 0; } to { background-position: -400px 0; } }
Figured it out, it was a Page Content element loop. I inserted a Page Content element that also had a page content element of itself on it.
Not sure if this is already in the documentation but it’s worth having if not.
That works, thank you. Feel free to close this.

Your code worked perfect but when when i added my own title over the post slider using a Special Heading item, oddly enough the post image re-appeared. When i remove the heading the post image is also removed. Please advise.

Sorry for the slow reply,
I gave the Grid Row an ID or “tile-row”. Doesn’t look like i can ID the cells themselves.November 8, 2018 at 6:59 pm in reply to: Enfold Post Slider – Remove image, "News" title, etc. #1031348Thank you Mike, a couple issues;
1. I still have the container size issue (please see my first post)
2. The post image is still visible after adding this css.Thank you kindly.
November 5, 2018 at 7:35 pm in reply to: Set the Burger Menu /Navigation Break Width in Custom CSS #1030014Perfect, thanks! The site is linked in private — i’ve used the boxed layout and when you size it down there is a point where the box disappears and the page is full width. Im wondering if i can set where that happens?
Hi Jordan, how do i give it a static class and what would the updated css be? Please advise.
I looked over the link, yes, but not sure how making a template applies. just let me know. j
they changed again, looks like. i didn’t do anything to that grid row, just added something above them.
thanks in advance!
Hello, i used this css but ended up with a large space under the post. Can you help me eliminate that extra space under the post (right hand side, under the content slider)?
Also, can you help me get rid of the all-capitals for the headline?
Great, thank you — worked great. How can i avoid changing them again? Possibly changed when i added some other stuff to the page, im guessing?
Hello and thank you. However, that only added the 10px after the first of the columns, the others are still 1px.
Yes, thank you.
awesome, thank you!!
Hi, thank you but is there no way to keep the full highlight on the top-level navigation without it messing up the Mega Menu?
The Under construction plugin seems to be turning itself back on, sorry. I’ve set up admin credentials, if you log in you will bypass the under construction plash page.
Sorry Victoria, try again. I’ve turned off the splash page.
thank you mmaack, this was helpful.
Yes, thank you Mike.
Great, thank you all for your help! j
Hi Mike, that is exactly what i am trying to accomplish, thank you, however your version still has the same issue of the images jumping around when you move a mouse over them. I am seeing this across browsers; it loads fine but when you mouse over each image it break onto a new line while showing a mouse-over effect from the theme.
Are you seeing that too? (link to screenshot in private content)
Hi Victoria,
So is that to say that the above prescribed solution that was provided is not workable? There is no work around of the issue im experiencing on the sample at cvbee.com where the theme is creating a mouse-over issue with the elements (when pulled up but behind the slider, and when included in the slider as a caption)?1) Yes, i have tried the Advanced Layerslider and it does not appear to accomplish this effect, please see my example.
2) The blue boxes element is pulled up over top of the slider in the Enfold Medical theme, but when i add it using the method provided it is behind the slider; why?Hey Mike, thanks for the continued help. We’re definetly getting closer however i still have two issues after setting the neg margin;
1) The slider is over-top of the addition. I tried placing the slider under them in order on the page however it didn’t want to move up behind them when given a negative margin.
2) that same affect when i hover over the images is happening, they are jumping around. Perhaps related to the theme’s image hover effect?Any thoughts, or other possible suggestions? thank you again.
I see that on the Enfold Medical demo the blue boxes are pulled up over the slider a bit, how is that accomplished? Thank you in advance.
Hi Mike, i am using the Full screen slider.
Is there no way to place code over-top of the slider? I am using the slides as a rotating background.- This reply was modified 6 years, 9 months ago by Josh.
