Hi,
Thank you for your help!

We indeed receive some e-mails now. But when I do some tests it takes a while before we receive the application.
Could it be that the application is moderated by the website first?

Hi again,

We tried everything mentioned in the document send.

Only option 2 works, so if I use “Lost your password”, we get an e-mail.

But when I use the code nothing happens and I changed the e-mail address to our e-mail address.

Hope you can help us out.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Besides the results in Search Console, internal site search gives nice insights in customer behavior which can be very useful.

I think with the plugins you advised us we will get a step further in understanding our online visitors.
