Hi Rikard,

You can test it on the site with troubleshooting mode enabled. (Site health plugin).
Error is in WooCommerce logs, see private content.

On the mentioned site you can open any product with variations. Edit one of the sku’s — > save product. This will trigger the error.

– Enfold installed
– Yoast SEO active

Hi Rikard,

It doesn’t happen whit a default theme activated. Only with the combination of Enfold, WooCommerce and Yoast SEO.

Hi Ismael,

Clearing cache didn’t solve the issue. I’ve also create a new product, also the same issue: https://childbirthclassgale.com/product/test/

Keep in mind the problem only exists when creating products with the advanced layout builder!

Hi, i’ve editted the functions-enfold.php according the solution but it’s still not working. Still see “undefined”.
Cleared cache but still not working.

Hi Basilis,

I’ve tested some more and I was able to replicate the issue on a fresh install. The ‘Undefined’ issue will occur when creating a product with the advanced layout builder.

The plugin/script is working fine in default Twentyseventeen theme. Just not in Enfold.
Are you guys still looking into this?

Already tried that but didn’t solve the issue. You can test this yourself if you want to.
Also ruled out server caching by disabling Varnish.

Hi,

I’ve updated manually, now it’s on 3.4.1. I’ve deleted the old enfold theme and checked for duplicated files but there are none.
Problem is still there if I enable load only used elements.

Hi Victoria,

I’ve disabled the performance settings because the elements are not working when enabled. I also tested with caching disabled and problem is still there. Can you use the credentials to test yourself?

I disabled the function since I cannot have the site look bad when it’s live. You can login to change the option and check yourself.
