The key question here is, given that videos do not work on mobile, where and how do I place a fallback image such that when on a mobile device the background is not left at the mercy of the background color or not empty ??

Per my comments from September 3rd when I created this, I am using the color section and adding video background so this solution in the first place is disregarding the context of my question,
Secondly, the video element retrieved from ALB does not have the check box to hide the video on mobile.
Everything loads up in 5 seconds on a desktop computer. Maybe this is considered okay. On mobile, it’s more like 8 seconds.
I do not understand Geunni007’s feedback. The reason I had -90 is because, for some reason, the image is extending and causing those two horizontal lines. If I do -90, one of the lines disappears. So how do I fix this without doing the -90 which is a hack fix.

Hi, This is not what I am asking. I think you pasted the wrong code – the code you pasted moves the main menu up but does not increase the font size ?
There is the main menu and secondary menu. How do I increase the size of the fonts for the secondary menu ?
How do I increase the size of the fonts for the main menu ?I have a 5 column footer configured but I want each of the columns to be of the same width. Right now if you look at my link, this is not the case. The site design is boxed so when i add the above code to try and make the footer evenly sized for each column, it messes with the whole width of the site instead
Okay the reason I had the negative margin is so that the other non background footer image would appear centered. See links
My image is 1200 by 479 but the code that I am currently using is

I basically want whatever number of columns to be centered and not left or right aligned or whatever else. I am including an example site I found online that has a centered footer column.

I am guessing for layerslider, you will handle the updates if any in the future via you global theme updates ?I said they are not updated. WordPress prompts you to update plugins if they are not updated or the most current or if there is an update.
