I just reinstalled wordpress and enfold theme and I checked the file you mentioned and it’s not missing, however I still can’t save changes to the theme. I used Enfold theme many times and this never occurred to me before. My hosting company increased the memory limit so it must be something else.

One more thing I noticed happening is that sometimes, wordpress shows that a plugin needs updating but in fact all plugins are updated. Not sure whats happening, I would appreciate your help

Hi. I created for you an admin access for the website. I also asked the web hosting company to increase the memory limit which might take one or two days. I added the code in the wp-config file with no success.

If there is something you can do from your end, please do it.

I removed all the custom css and tried it but it didn’t work so I added them again. I created a user and password for you to check it out.

You can deactivate plugins if it helps find out why is this happening.
