  • Hello,

    Thanks for the help. All of these changes have been made with toggling the Performance > File Compression settings.

    Like I said in my initial email, I had to insert the code you are asking me to remove, otherwise the “terms of service” checkbox looks like a “|” (a vertical bar). Linked below (in the private content) are what it looks like when I remove the code you requested me to remove while inserting the new code you asked me to add.

    I cannot remove the code you requested because my customers will not know how to checkout without it, as they need to check the terms of service before they can complete their purchase.

    Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks again!

    Hey Ismael!

    That seemed to work for the shipping address but did not help my terms of service checkbox unfortunately. I toggled the file compression settings.

    It was a plugins fault: “Custom Product Boxes”
    My apologies

    Close. It was not your template. It was the PHP itself.

    Sorry about this.

    in reply to: Enfond 4.0 capability issue with CDN #755244

    After further research it looks like multiple issues. Wp-rocket just released a fix to their plugin if you connect to CDN’s (which we did).

    But also, the biggest problem was the transferring of layerslider demo images from the theme folder into the media library.

    I am running a multi site and some of my individual websites have imported over 50,000 duplicate demo images from the layerslider into their individual media library. Some websites are still importing duplicate images today as we speak.

    My team is trying to go through and delete all of them as quickly as possible. But more keep coming. This definitely had a part in overloading our servers the past week.

    Any thoughts?

    Yes Chowdhury, that would be fantastic! I have messaged them as well. I assume they are aware of this issue considering they usually get in contact with me very quickly when I have questions or issues and they have yet to connect with me yet.

    in reply to: Enfold 4.01 excessive load on server #752717

    Hello,

    I am running a WordPress Multisite and I had this same exact issue. I worked with 3 of my server managers for well over 4 hours to see if it was a plugin, varnish, wp-rocket (our cache plugin), and our CDN’s… in the end it was the theme. If we reverted back to an old one it worked every single time.

    I thought the 4.02 would fix it but the same problem still remains. I am back to 3.5 something… could I please have a copy of the latest 3.8 version. I had no problems with it when that was running. And would like usable websites until this can be resolved. I do not mind going back in the meantime.

    Thank you for your time and consideration.

    I have found that this issue stems from using Multiple Parallax Backgrounds for Multiple Color Sections.

    I just wanted to let you know in case you wanted to fix this for an update.

    Thanks!

    in reply to: Color Sections Losing CSS Styling #696053

    The “advanced styling” header colors (h2 and h3) are working (brown and green) for the first color section. The rest of the color sections below it have the same properties but are not working.

    Hello Rikard,

    As of right now I just inserted

    .page-id-29 #footer, #socket {
      padding-left: 15% !important;
    }

    .page-id-8 #footer, #socket {
      padding-left: 15% !important;
    }

    .page-id-15 #footer, #socket {
      padding-left: 15% !important;
    }

    .page-id-11 #footer, #socket {
      padding-left: 15% !important;
    }

    This embodies all of the pages that had the Section Background Overlay… its doesnt fix all of the problems, but I guess it will do for now.

    Hello Rikard!

    I deactivated all plugins and saw no change with or without the code you provided and have not touched any code other than what is in the Quick CSS. This is a multisite, but I dont know if that will make much of a difference…

    Hi Rikard! Thanks for the code. Unfortunately it is still doing the same thing as the first set of code. Now the footers on the pages with the Section Background Overlay are spaced correctly, but if a page does not have a Section Background Overlay, it is pushed 20% to the right

    Hey Yigit!

    I inserted the code you sent me and it absoutely helped the pages that had a “Section Background Overlay” but it shifted all pages that did not have it over 250px. I understand this is probably my error, or lack of CSS knowledge that is making this happen. Would you be able to help me out just a little more. I would like it where it only shifts over the pages that have the overlay.

    Thanks for all of your time and consideration,

    Eric
