    I have deleted my browser history and can now see the blue support ticket button, thank you.

    I understand you can’t help with losing lots of stuff. I had Enfold 4.5.5 and updated to 5.6.6. This was too much of a leap for the website so I have to make incremental changes. My questions was how many Enfold versions do I need to update eg. Do I need to go through all the versions from 4.5.5. to 5.6.6. or are there key increments that I can upgrade to one by one?

    Please advise where I get the back versions of Enfold that I need to go through to make the upgrades one by one?

    When I go to support there is still no support button.

    I have undone all my changes above as I jumped from Enfold 4.5.5 to 5.6.6. and lost a lot of stuff.

    What increments do I need to go up in please, or what are the key versions I need to install one by one?

    Where do I get all the older versions of the theme?

    Even though I’ve jumped through all the hoops above it still says I haven’t updated my theme licence, which I have.

    I have now managed to take the above steps and update the theme. The issues I had before the update are still there. How do I raise a support ticket as although I am logged in there is nowhere to enter a new support ticket. I can only search existing.

    Thank you I have made the token, although I am confused about the stages and involvement of so many sites!

    I now have this:

    Theme Updates
    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.5.5)

    Check Manually

    I know however that the latest version is no 4.5.5. Please confirm what it is and why the Enfold updates don’t recognise that there is a more recent version.

    Thank you Rikard for replying again and keeping the reply open for me to send you this message. I couldn’t reply to you on that thread above as it states:

    ‘You cannot reply to this topic’.

    I have not been given a token only a purchase code. There is nothing on the documentation on my Themeforest information and they have not come back to me. It seems I am slightly shut out here. Please can you help or advise how I can register the theme without the token, or get the token?

    As explained I can’t update the licence hence trying to get support, if I could I wouldn’t be in touch. Please tell me how?

    I can’t use the registration you provide as I haven’t been provided with a token, just a purchase code.

    Most other themes have a simple API code and its done.

    Yes Ismael I am. All the images on the site are 800 pixels wide including the ones in the product grid. This is so that when the coluns collapse in mobile view to fill the width of the screen they work well there too. Please advise why they are different in one area from anothe on the same page?

    I need to make these match.

    Hi Ismael, I am not trying to increase the size of the image but to increase the quality of the thumbnail. The top section called Private Appointments images are directly entered on the page in columns, these do not display as good quality as the ones below that are fed via the post system.

    We would like the images to be consistent so they display at the best quailty no matter how they are placed on the page please.

    Rikard, the menu has been like this for over 3 years and worked well. It has recently stopped working for no reason whatsoever. I would not be good practice for a web designer to shrug their shoulders and tell a client ‘tough, it doesn’t work’. The client knows ful well that it has stopped working. I have just added extra time for support with Kriesi and need your support within this please.

    Rikard, if your screen is large enough to display the full menu options then it is fine because they are all visible. However, if your screen is smaller (small laptop) then the menu options go off the bottom of the screen and you are unable to scroll down through them to view them all. This started being an intemitent problem a month ago and now is a constant problem.

    The menu used to scroll down with the screen or you could use arrows to get to options. See screenshot below with view from smaller screen.

    Hi Kriesi

    I have now managed to update all of the software including the theme on this site and the php version behind the site. The problem is still there.

    When you get the drop-down options for the meny you can’t scroll down to reach all the options. You used to be able to do this but it just stopped working.

    i have included an image above along with the access information. I welcome your help in this.

    I need a token to update which is weird because it updated itself a while back without one. The purchase code is not a token even through I’ve updated the support licence.

    Also it is hard to show that something is not reacting to instructions but I will try. The header is fixed and the menu drop-down options work but you can’t reach the ones at the bottom as it only shows what is visible on the screen missing off the last few options below is link. Can I send a picture to better explain – there is no option here to do that?

    Please note this used to work well and has recently stopped working.

    I welcome your help with this and I hope you appreciate that this matter is now quite urgent.

    Hi Basilis
    The issue I am having is that when using an iPhone with the default browser, Safari (which will be the one used by most visitors) the Easy Slider module blocks embedded YouTube video from opening.
    I know this is not a Safari issue because when I have worked around the problem by entering the YouTube video using an iframe embedded code in a code block the video opens fine. The problem only existing on your theme when using the Easy Slider module.
    To show you what I mean you will to switch your phone temporarily to use Safari instead of Chrome, or borrow a colleagues for the experiment.

    On my own website the easy slider stopped working and despite hours of fidding I couldn’t get it to work and so have left of the slider as a feature. There is definitely an issue here.

    Please explain what you mean by the first tap shows the title and second the link. The problem here is that the title and overlay shows all the time in mobile view which is what we don’t want to happen. Please advise.

    Unfortunatley Victoria, neither of these links helps me set up for one click to see the title. I have used some of their knowhow to adjust the CSS but it hasn’t worked.

    If Enfold is set up to have a setting for one click to view the title please advise where this is.
