Hey @Josue
Yes I would like to peek at the layout you have used (I realise by just looking at the Advanced Layout screenshot I would not be able to see all), but it would be useful. Perhaps a quick video looking at all the elements? My last comment was not actually about the new theme. It is something I am unable to do with the current version. Perhaps I need to put in a change request. I just want to use the background options that you have in a Color Section with a Full width Grid. I need to put more than 5 standalone icons (with border and caption) at the bottom of my page, all on the same row – I can only do that by using a grid row with 5 cells, each containing 1/2 column (I can then get a max of 10 icons instead of 5 on the same row) ….
However, I would also like a heading above the Grid Row but with the same background. The grid row is not as flexible as the Color Section, and of course I can’t put a grid row in a color section.
Hope all that makes sense :)
Hi Creativegraphics,
I asked this one time and was given the following to put in quick CSS
.post-meta-infos {
display: none;
}also to remove from Post Slider:
.avia-content-slider .slide-meta { display: none; }
Hope that helps (I’m no expert) but had these useful tips saved from some time ago.

June 5, 2015 at 3:58 pm in reply to: Wide Header does not work with Transparent Header setting #455143I am using the latest version – no plugins are installed (other than akismet)
I can’t give you login details as yet, the site is under development. It is easy to replicate, just try it. Change the Header Size to large and see the difference of the Bar under each menu item when you switch between a page with transparent header and a page which has non-transparent header.
It just seems inconsistent to me.

HThanks Yigit,
I thought I had, but obviously not. Thanks for the quick reply. Looking forward to looking at the new features :DHELP, I have the same issue.
That must be the fastest support answer ever ! Thanks so much Yigit :)
March 27, 2015 at 8:03 pm in reply to: Blog Left and Right arrows boxes no longer shows circle graphic #419585I edited the individual image through WordPress Media function – you can resize and just select update thumb which is what i did. I only had the one blog post image so wasn’t a big issue.
March 23, 2015 at 11:53 pm in reply to: Blog Left and Right arrows boxes no longer shows circle graphic #416799Thank you for the reply #Elliott
I have just figured out the problem. I had set my Media Thumbnails to 160 x 160 but actually typed 160 x 1600 lol.
I have changed it so it now correct at 160 x 160 but the Featured Image is still showing wrong. Is this because it is stored in the database somewhere? Do you have a recommended way of fixing this now that I know what the issue is? (I realise this is not an Enfold issue)Thanks,
HDoesn’t help me @Josue.
It’s far too technical for me.
All I know form that is that my site is slower than 94% of others tested using that tool :(Yikes, it is indeed another plugin – SuperSocializer (which I was only using for Facebook Comments). Disabling it makes the page work. Thank you.
I see time and time again, the advice to disable plugins and test. This is the first time I think I have come across a real compatibility issue. There don’t seem to be many FB commenting plugins out there (most out of date). I assume this is because FB are always changing their API etc. Even the Official FB plugin has more 1 star ratings than 5 :(I am still concerned about the speed of my site though :( what can I do ?
H
I need to check the process of doing this Elliott. This is a live website we are talking about. Are you suggesting I download the whole theme (I see there is an update released today) and install it again? or is the best process to unzip it and upload via FTP?
Will I lose all my settings? Colors etc, custom layout etc? or will everything be exactly the same? (but with the page fixed) ?
Should I de-activate all plugins before uploading a fresh copy of the theme or can I keep them on?
I will wait for your response before doing anything.
Thanks,
HSorry Elliott, I thought you gave me the code above to help with the speed issue. I didn’t realise this was to do with the content of the page. I will add it and get back to you.

At least I know I am not the only one, and going slowly mad in my old age :)
I am using Chrome Version 39.0.2171.99 m. It only seems to be when I reply to a topic. Not create a new one. I shall try observe more closely now and look at other things going on on the PC.Thanks for the reply,
HThanks Elliot for that.
It won’t solve the problem though of this particular page not showing the text content. Can you take a look at that also?
(I know the site is running slow and there are 500 Internal Server Errors which my host is trying to fix so will look at your suggestion once they come back to me and say that is fixed)So there are two issues here: Speed and Page Content Not being Displayed.
Thanks,

December 17, 2014 at 6:12 pm in reply to: Using " & " character in Special Heading within Color Section Bug #369624Thanks Ismael,
But I thought the whole idea of a WordPress Theme was so you don’t have to do much coding. I would see this as a bug.
Thanks for the link though, I will give it a go.
Regards,
HI hope you don’t mind me saying, I do find the Enfold theme slow compared to other themes at the same host. I have seen “Minify” plugins but am unsure what they really do and if to install or not.
December 17, 2014 at 5:34 pm in reply to: Share This Entry and You might also like not in Advanced Editor #369575Thanks for that Josue, it’s really useful to know. Not sure how i missed the Comments on the ALB. In regard to sharing link I thought the link you sent me to would be a great solution but on a few pages, the social icons just look “wrong” (I mean from a cosmetic point of view, not technical).
Is there a solution for adding them on individual pages rather than all. ?
Many thanks,
HFor the “public” – I think i solved my own issue by revisiting the slider on a new day …
I presumed the “Show until” timing started at the beginning of the slide so you had to add up all previous layer timings to get the time you wanted the layer to finish.
It would seem the Show until is from when the actual layer comes into view. Have contacted LayerSlider for their demo files to see if I can take a look and learn a bit more as there is very limited documentation on this. Have suggested Enfold also make the demo slides available too.H
This reply has been marked as private.Hi @Yigit, yes I tried disabling ALL plugins – but that did not resolve the problem. But I have found out what the issue was and maybe useful for others (and perhaps some kind of message you can put in the user interface, but not sure how you would do it).
It’s a simple solution. My blog page was set in the Enfold Theme Options settings under “Blog Style” to Multi Author Blog
Changing this to “Use advance layout editor to build” resolved the problem.
It was driving me nuts, I created a new blog page, and it was only by doing that and changing the “And where do you want to display the Blog” in theme options that the page changed layout, so I knew the issue was with the options.
It would be good to have the message “This page layout is set in Blog Style under Theme Options” on the top of the page used in the blog, but not sure how you would do that.
You can close this issue, many thanks.
It’s good to talk :)This reply has been marked as private.Hi @Yigit
Thanks for the reply. I couldn’t get this to work. The headings for the Partner Logo are still black.
As mentioned I need to make a CSS Class so I can associate the colour with specific partner logo elements, not all of them.
Thanks,
HOctober 19, 2014 at 8:07 pm in reply to: Bug with Section Bottom Border Styling – Display a small arrow that points… #338008Thanks @Kriesi
I understand the issue. I have managed to get my page working just using a scroll image at the end of the page where I wish the downarrow to be.
Cheers,
