    Hi Rikard,

There is no difference between those modes and trying different browsers on mobile.

    Some steps I have taken:
    – Re-configured w3 total chance to recommended settings as well as uninstalling the plugin
    – Uninstalled image optimization plugin/ re-installed and optimized images

    Thank you,

I will try this and see if it helps. We are using a caching plugin however, so I am not sure that this will have an impact.

Was anyone able to get into the FTP and look at that folder to see what was happening?

    Hi Rikard,

It seems that there is some javascript that renders our website footer which is replicating itself every 30 minutes. It is in the folder wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia

Update – the site is back but we are having an odd issue with a file replicating itself over and over again. Could you please have someone in support check the filepath above from our FTP and help us diagnose why it is doing so? It is causing us to reach our website storage limit and requiring the host to shut down support until we delete those files.

We think that this may be a storage issue on the site. We found one folder in the directory which is taking up a ton of space called content/uploads/dynamic_avia exist

Can we delete the contents of that folder?

We have not had any success so far and the site is still down. I have added FTP credentials to the private content so that you can access it and help diagnose the issues.

Here is a link to a screenshot of what I am seeing in Chrome on a 17″ monitor:

The image has a lot of artifacts and comes across very blurry – but on mobile it looks okay, which is why it may look fine on your smaller laptop screen. The source image is crystal clear, so it is not an export issue on our end. Something is happening between our upload and it being posted to the WP media library and uploaded as a Featured Image. This only happens with Featured Images, and no other images within a post have this issue.

Incognito windows did not change the results on my end.
