Have to smaller ones: can I disable showing the navigation bar at all and how can I influence that
overlay on the portfolio page as it has some kind of light transparency over the pictures when its activated.
But when I deactivate it, the hover of two pictures is gone, when I want to switch from black & white to color.
So can the light tranparency set to zero and the overlay activated?!

so deleted all the theme files and uploaded latest themeforest download (crazy, when files are uploaded it seems it is 3.4.1 and points to an upgrade at themeforest – strange). After uploading and upgrading title for DATENSCHUTZ and IMPRESSUM is not there.

Man, I don’t know. And call me an idiot – but sometimes you have to save changes three times in a row that the theme takes it.

P.S. Hybrid Connect seems to be the plugin for that three icon issue. Deactivated it.

So what I can confirm is that the three icon area is back. Do I now have to active plugins one by one to find out what plugin doesnt allow your icons to be displayed?

The Datenschutz title was the thing that I had missed and its still not there.

this becomes some kind of nightmare and definitely it seems we have to go deeper here. The slider is ok for now, but we still do not know the cause for this. NOW, I added three icons under the easy slider with some text, which were shown and now are gone also. I can see them on the indivdiual page in the dashboard in the backend but they were not displayed on the front. Makes me sick.

So you pointed to the fact that hosts uses some kind of caching. Can I isolate that a littlle bit more to make it work?

Because what I do not understand is, how that caching influence the pages to NOT SHOW THE CONTENT.

Is it that systems forget to deliver information?

And can I completely exclude it’s not caused by the theme in combination with some third party plugin OR with some functionality issues like it seems it was with the MENUE WITH TOO MANY INDIVDIUAL LINKS?

Deleting all those created “individual links” in the menu allow the slider to show the pic.

Hhhmmmm, deleted the CHILD-THEME, and voila – the slider worked,

when I activate my own SHERPAZ MAIN menue – the header picture goes away !!!!

Hey Andy,

yes, Cashing of Cashing Plugin was enabled after I did the complete delete of the theme by FTP, uploaded it while all the cache was already cleared and all the plugins were deactivated.

It’s not that I am a complete fool :-). But I need to find a solution for that. Disabling or deactiving the cashing plugin doesnt change the outcome.

What can I do practically NOW? I don’t get it by now how this behaviour of not showing the slider pic is influenced.

Hope you can lend a hand.
