OK, thanks, I just posted admin access in Private Content so you can access the backend. Seemed easier in the event there was some code I missed posting. Please let me know what you need to do to fix it.

Hmmm… I see that instead of the code you see the image… if you click the image above, you will see the small video that loads. It used to load on the same page, but now opens another browser tab. Let me try to post the code again, without the image:

Oh, and I never created the ‘fake post’ showing on the one page, and I don’t know where it came from. When I first submitted my issue, I saw the code “[avia_codeblock_placeholder uid=”0″]” which now appears to be gone – I’m mystified.
Have you guys gone in and done anything? Something very strange is happening – there are two page of “our listings” and they are identical. One is a draft and one is published. They look the same to me in terms of code and theme settings. but ONLY the draft page shows the listing of the realtor. What am I missing?
Also, if I put my mouse on the top navigation “Community Listings” there should be a whole page of images drop down with community listings. But instead only the very top row of images shows – only for the top navigation “Search” and Our “Listings”. You can see that for now the Our Listings page opens a new tab that goes to the realtor’s other website since I didn’t know what was happening.
That is the problem – the page suddenly changed from showing the realtor’s listings. On the “recent sales” top navigation for example, the sales show. I don’t know that happened. The page showed the avia codeblock problem came up after I tried to fix the page to show listings. There should actually be the realtor’s listings on the page. Previously I had codeblock on the page only. Why doe the “fake post” show – it was never there before and I don’t understand what is happening on the page. Especially since it was working before?

There must be an issue with the Firefox browser. Works in Chrome, but even after doing the hard refresh in Firefox (several times) the portfolio items don’t work properly.
Interesting, when I use Chrome I see that the issue is fixed. I tried the hard refresh in Firefox but it didn’t work. Not sure why. Any suggestions? It would be useful for me to know how to clear the cache in the event of future issues.
The other issue I need to worry about is the header on the home page. Before the WordPress update, it was fine. Now it no longer fits so that it doesn’t quite fit the space.Yes, the images show up but before WordPress updated, when you clicked on each image the portolio item would pop-up with info on the community. And a green button on the portfolio item could be clicked to go to any listings with community description, plus photo. Now, when any image on the home page is clicked it leads to a different link with no community info.
Thanks Vinay — The theme option shows 3.5.2. But the portfolio items are not working properly and the header is also not working properly. I am uncertain how to fix it. Suggestions? Is there a problem with the theme update?
I think I did – this is the process I followed, and I received errors as mentioned above:
1) Click the download button and download the Installable WordPress file only” from theme forest
2) Unzip the folder
3) Open your Ftp tool and connect to your server.
4) Replace the folder: wp-content/themes/enfold with the theme files you have just unzippedI should say that it is only certain of the files that I am having trouble with. While other files are fine. I would love to know why the banner on the home page is not showing up, and why links from images on the home page to inner pages isn’t working.
Thanks — I’ve just tried that and I am getting errors when trying to upload some files. I am using Filezilla, and get a message in red font that really stands out and it says that the file I unzipped can’t be open for reading?
