Forgot to mention I am using the most up to date versions of WordPress and Enfold (including today’s update).
Any content you’ve added or changes you’ve made to the site through the WordPress admin will not be lost after an update.
However, if you’ve directly modified any html, php, css, or javascript files then updating may revert them back to original unless you used a child theme. It sounds like you’re new to this tho so I’m assuming you haven’t modified any of these file and you have nothing to worry about.
