Thanks Victoria.

With help from the host, we seem to have fixed it. We had to override the theme functions with a ‘PHP Settings’ plugin and that seemed to work.
Thanks so much for doing that Yigit.
However, the problem still remains. That is, i cannot save changes to a Woo Product.
I would have guessed it’s not a theme issue, but hte hosting company suggests it might be, hence the thread here.
As mentioned, I think it could be the ‘PHP max input vars’ setting. The hosting company says they changed it to 5000. However, under Woo/Status, it still shows 1000. They insist it’s been changed but perhaps there is something in the theme that is stopping it from changing.
What are your thoughts?
Hi Rikard,
Thanks for the message.
I tried the click to update option and received the error:
“An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download Failed. Problem Downloading Theme.”
So I tried the plugin you suggested. It seemed to upload OK, but when installing, the following error message came up:
”
Installing Theme
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet Them installation failed.
”
Is there another way to do this?
Thanks in advance,
Guy
