Hi there,
The Enfold page builder is not working on the page level, so I tried to updated the theme but it’s saying that the license / token key is not valid and it is not working. This theme was purchased in 2019.
This is the error message:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
username Your private token is invalid.
email Your private token is invalid.
Purchases: A problem occurred accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates. from 2019 is nowI ended up having to purchase a new theme just to be able to ask you this question, so I would like the refund for the most recent purchase. You are not requiring a new license purchase just to update the theme, right? Also, I tried the new token/license key and it didn’t work either.

That worked! But I have this exact same element on almost every page of the site. So for the About page, the code would be:
.about .avia-builder-el-21 {
margin-bottom: 0 !important;
}
}Is this correct? It doesn’t seem to be working for the About page…

Hi there,
My LayerSlider won’t show. I tried two different ways; via shortcode in a text block or with the Enfold LayerSlider element, and the LayerSlider element shows a white screen where there should be a slider and the shortocode in the text block, actually shows the shortcode letters/numbers, not the slider. Please help with this. Would it be better to use a different layer slider like Revolution Slider?

Are you saying that that %20 text is causing the videos not work as a background throughout the site? We did not add that %20 anywhere, however we are using an iframe for the patient forms which are direct html links inside an iframe. I have no idea where the %20 would be or why it would be there. This is what is causing the background videos to not play?

Hi there,
I had to add an animated gif image as a background to that color section because the video was not working. I had a video in the first section that’s right underneath the main banner image behind the words “…25 years…” Try putting a video in there and you will see that it does not work. The video was an MP4 that I had in there and I tried other MP4 videos and none of them were working Please try this and let me know immediately as the client is waiting on this. The video worked five days ago and then all of a sudden it won’t render video in that spot anymore.
