Here is what I’m trying to do: http://www.nexushumancapital.com/mockup/. I circled the link I want to have above my menu bar. They are two separate links. One for “Create an Account” and one for “Login”.

Thank you for your quick reply. I’m still fairly new at this that I don’t even know how to ask a good question. I’m trying to put the “Login” link at the top right corner of my page, above the menu bar. Is that possible?

I want to increase the size of the phrases: Personal Development Survey, Manager Survey, and Team Survey (http://www.nexushumancapital.com/pricing/). Thanks.
