Yay! Thank you, Nikko. You are awesome. It works great.
Hi Nikko,
Now I see where the confusion is coming from. Please see the attached screenshot in private content. My problem is coming from the large video player if you scroll almost all the way down. I hope this helps!
Hi Nikko!
I just gave it a try, but nothing changed. I’veyour login credentials to the private content area if you’d like to look further into the problem. I really appreciate your help! You guys have been awesome for my previous websites.
Best,
GregHi Nikko,
I’ll give that a try soon. As an alternative solution- I found that the Full Width Easy Slider has a video mute option, and it works great. However, the videos that I am posting are 9:16, so there are black bars on the left and right of the video. Is it possible to change the color of these borders to something that matches the website more? Thanks!
Hi Victoria,
Thank you for getting back to me about this. Please see the link in the private content area for an example.
Best,
GregHi Victoria! That worked perfectly. Thank you so much for your help. Have a great day! -Greg
Hi Jordan,
Thanks for the reply. I added the website and login credentials to the Private Data section.

I’m not sure why you are unable to see the form. I can access it on mobile and multiple desktop “incognito” browsers.
I’ll look into that more, as I’m not sure what the issue could be.
That worked perfectly! Thank you so much for the impressive customer support! Have a good one.
That did the trick! Thank so much, Rikard! You guys are always awesome.
Hi Rikard,
I just tried that and did an “empty cache and hard reload” with chrome. It didn’t work.
I do have this in my footer > Copywrite area: © 2017 Tutisto – All Rights Reserved [nolink]
Is it possible that my “no link” thing could be disrupting it?Thanks!
Greg
Thank you! You guys are awesome as usual. Have a beautiful day!
Wow, that’s perfect. Thank you so much for the amazingly quick help! You guys really are great.
I pasted in the code but I’m not sure what you mean about changing the font size value. Where do I do this?
Ok thanks for the effort. I’ll figure out another design. There are plenty of other designs I can do with this theme. Please close this ticket too.
Have a good one!

Hi there,
This problem overflowed into another thread, where Yigit told me that I probably couldn’t fix without hiring a developer. I am closing that thread now, and before closing this one too, I would like first to confirm here as well, that this can’t be fixed with simple CSS:
The sub-menu has a weird space at the top of the page when I scroll down. Any idea on how to make it connect to the top?
Thank you!
Thanks for the help! Please close this ticket and have a good one!
Do you know why the sub-menu is invisible? I can’t see it until I scroll down. I would like it to be visible all the time. Any additional CSS for that? Thanks!
Any ideas yet? I’m almost done with this website and then I’ll be out of your hair!
Thanks guys!
Thanks for getting back to me on this!
Now the sub menu is invisible until I scroll down to the point where it’s almost at the top, then it becomes visible.
You fixed the gap at the top. Any idea on how to fix the invisible part now?
any ideas for this one?
No problem! I appreciate the response. I figured if there was some CSS for that, awesome… If not, I’ll move on :)
Have a good one!
Quick edit: I disabled the sticky header for the homepage only by applying this:
.html_header_top.html_header_sticky .home #header {
position: absolute !important;
}But when I scroll down there is a space above the sub menu. Any ideas on how to get rid of that space? Picture below.

Thank you Rikard! It worked!
Much appreciated.
Have a good one,
Greg
Very cool. It (mostly) worked! There are two areas that didn’t change color though.
Here’s the link if the embedded image didn’t load.
I circled them in the image. Any idea what could be causing it?
Thank you so much for your help, you guys are awesome!
