Hello guys,
Sorry for the delay, I was on vacation. I answered to Ahmed so he can run more tests. I’ll keep you updated.
Best regards
Hi,
It is not surprising that deactivating Woocommerce multilingual makes the issue disappear since it is this plugin that triggers the popup. So it can’t trigger it anymore if you deactivate it. As I said before, changing the footer in english to the default widgets makes the issue disappear. Please find attached the ftp details to go further. Please be sure you are working testing on the right server. (several websites are set on this server).
Best regards.
AntoineHi Victoria,
Please find in the private box your admin access for my staging website where the issue is also visible. To see what is going on, please visite the website in english and add any product to your cart. The wpml popup notice should trigger when the page refreshes.
Best regards.
HI Victoria,
I tested what you suggested but the problem remains the same. Luckily I’ve found a website I did in 2019 that was not up to date. It was working fine there so I did this :
– Deleted enfold on the new website
– Transfered the enfold folder from the older website to the new websiteIt fixed the issue but what bothers me is that before contacting you I also made those steps but with a fresh download from themeforest. Maybe there is an issue with the current enfold zip there.
Best regards.

AntoineHi,
I guess having a new widget area for the burger menu would be a good new feature for enfold. Just to keep social icons on mobile would be worth it. Having to deal with php functions and JS for this while it should be easier (IMO) could be scary for wordpress/enfold beginners.
A php hook would be nice if it is added to the knowledge base. Let’s see what Günter has got in his sleeve ;)
Hello Gentlemen,
The function of @guenni007 did the trick. Both solution worked. I just edited css and .appendTo to .insertBefore to put the widget where I wanted.
I always forget wordpress is not only php hooks.
Thank you all for your help.
Best regards.
Hi,
As I said in my previous message. I already tried that. The widget is displayed correctly but beside the burger menu. Not inside as I want it.
So no sorry but it does not help :/
Best Regards,
AntoineThanks, the solution worked for me.
Editing the file wp-includes/formatting.php did the trick for now.

Thanks for the update. Do you know when this update will be available ?

Hi Victoria,
When i comment it it does fix the issue but I don’t understand what’s wrong with my function. It does work and I didn’t find any empty field for “billing country” in my data base. (I’m not a specialist so there is a chance i’m wrong)
Do you have an idea ?
Regards.
