January 5, 2021 at 12:12 pm in reply to: Special Headings Not Wrapping Correctly on Mobile? #1270370
Amazing, thank you for resolving. Very much appreciated. Finally, may I also ask for some custom CSS to change all the H1 Special Headings to a slightly smaller size on mobile devices, please? Thanks in advance!
Hey Nikko,
Thanks for your response back in December. However, your CSS code doesn’t fix the issue? Please may you investigate for me :)
Many thanks,
SteveHello, Is there anyone who’s able to find a fix for this issue, please. Background images look really poor in Google Chrome.
Thanks for your feedback Guenni007. So, is there anything I can do to resolve..?
** This support ticket can now be closed. The issue seems to have disappeared strangely! **
I have received a response from a support ticket I raised with my hosting provider. They have stated, that as far as they can see, this is not a server related issue and to contact the theme provider for further support on this issue.
I’m getting the same error message across all of my client sites. So I’m currently unable to add new plugins to any of my sites.
Any guidance much appreciated!
Hey Mike,
Issue resolved (for now) I stumbled across someone who had a similar issue. Adding the following code to the wp-config.php file resolved this issue: define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
Many thanks,
SteveWarning: Division by zero in /home/sites/edwardssurfacing.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/logoslider/logoslider.php on line 620
Hey Mike,
Thank you for resolving the first part of the issue for me!
Re: SVG Issue: I have opened each of my logo slider svg files in Sublime Text editor. The following code already features in the first line of each svg file <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
Notive UTF is uppercase in my code (does that matter at all?)
I’m not sure why I’m still seeing the error script at the top of my site?
I’m not a huge fan of using PNG files for logos, and would much prefer to keep them as SVG. Is there anything else I can do to try and resolve this issue?
Many thanks,
SteveAmazing, thanks for your help!

Hey Victoria,
The site is https://www.trustedcars.co.uk (maintenance page currently activated)
WP logins provided.
I’m simply trying to edit the color of the link in the ‘Small Bar Above Main Menu’ to #3A75FF and leave the rest of the text #ffffff
Currently, all of the text is white. I want the link to stand out.
Many thanks,
SteveHey Ismael,
Thanks for the speedy response. However, it doesn’t give me the ability to change the color of links for this element?
It only allows me to change the colour of fonts, background, and border (seen here https://ibb.co/bzMSap)
I’d like to have #ffffff for the text and change the phone number link to #3a75ff (seen here https://ibb.co/iW8OFp)
Many thanks,
SteveHi Nikko,
Apologies, I’m not sure what I need to do? I simply want to add a search box to my homepage that functions exactly the same way the search bar functions in the site header.
On line 776 of the search.php file is the following code: (which doesn’t work in my codeblock)
if ( !empty($results_style) ) {
$results_style_str = json_encode($results_style);
$results_style_attr = ” data-results_style='{$results_style_str}'”;
}Please, can you explain as simply as possible what I’d need to do to add an additional search bar to my site.
Many thanks,
SteveThat’s great.
So I simply need to replace my codeblock code with code from enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\search\search.php (line 776+)
Correct?
Hi Nikko,
Here’s what I added to the codeblock:
<form action=”http://rtmachinery.co.uk/?s=/” id=”searchform” method=”get” class=””>
<div>
<input type=”submit” value=”” id=”searchsubmit” class=”button avia-font-entypo-fontello”>
<input type=”text” id=”s” name=”s” value=”” placeholder=”Start your search…”>
</div>
</form>Hey Victoria,
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to see the site until it goes live. The site is being stored and developed in a bizarre way!
I’ve had to edit my browser host file in order to gain visibility of the site in order to work on it.
See screenshots attached regarding my Ajax Search issue. Screenshot 1 (https://ibb.co/fOzAsJ) shows the function working perfectly in the header. However, screenshot 2 (https://ibb.co/n8Ezmd) shows the search bar not working correctly when placed in a Code Block on my site homepage.
I’d like the search function to display results whilst the user types. It works fine in the header, but not on the page itself.
I can give you FTP logins if they’re of any use?
Many thanks,

How odd, it’s now appeared on the site. Thank you for your help. It wouldn’t appear for me!

Many thanks,
StevePlease ignore this issue. Although the issue still remains, I’ve opted to switch off the Ajax portfolio function and go straight through to the portfolio item page instead. This topic can now be closed. Many thanks!
May 10, 2018 at 9:56 am in reply to: Add Search Icon next to Burger Menu on Tablet and Mobile #954438Hey,
I have tried checking the ‘Append Search Icon to Main Menu’ option. However, the search icon still doesn’t display?
Are you able to provide css to enable it to appear?
Many thanks,
SteveIssue resolved. The topic can now be closed. Many thanks.
I can provide FTP logins upon request.

This issue has now been now resolved. Thanks for your help.
I will certainly look to use a Child theme going forward. But, in this instance is there a way I can update to the new version of Enfold without screwing up my site/s?
May 4, 2018 at 2:27 pm in reply to: Add Search Icon next to Burger Menu on Tablet and Mobile #951687Hi Rikard,
Unfortunately, that didn’t work. That was the first place I looked originally. I’m aiming to see the Search Icon (magnifying glass) next to the Burger Menu Icon on both mobile and tablet. I’ve tried a few fixes that I’ve found in the Support forum, however, none worked for me.
Please help :)
Many thanks,
SteveHey,
I’m using the full version of Enfold and have multiple client sites to update to utilize the new version of Enfold.
I’ve just restored the site and its database for this particular site: http://bourtonfarmedfoods.co.uk and its database. So I’m back to square one.I would like someone to investigate the following:
1. Why am I not seeing the latest update of Enfold within the WP Dashboard? (This is an issue for all my theme installs)
2. Why am I unable to update the theme manually via FTP?Please find my FTP login credentials attached. Thank you for your help in advance :)
Many thanks,
Steve -
