Steve has shared his login details here so I can communicate directly with you on this issue.
It appears that LiteSpeed cache is causing issues with certain elements on the enfold theme from loading and opening.
Is this something you can assist with investigating?Here’s a response from my developer:
– Earlier in the week I made a copy of the site into a test environment.
– I have go through and disabled all plugins on the site except the litespeed cache plugin which is linked to the hosting.
– I was still getting the same error on the special headings.
– I then re-enabled all the plugins and disabled the litespeed plugin and it worked.
– I am going to log a ticket with our DC guys to see if they can work out the issue BUT could you update your ticket with kriesi to explain the above.
– I think its going to be something as simple as excluding a javascript file for ajax in the enfold theme to resolve this but have no idea.Amazing, thank you for resolving. Very much appreciated. Finally, may I also ask for some custom CSS to change all the H1 Special Headings to a slightly smaller size on mobile devices, please? Thanks in advance!

SteveHello, Is there anyone who’s able to find a fix for this issue, please. Background images look really poor in Google Chrome.
I have received a response from a support ticket I raised with my hosting provider. They have stated, that as far as they can see, this is not a server related issue and to contact the theme provider for further support on this issue.
I’m getting the same error message across all of my client sites. So I’m currently unable to add new plugins to any of my sites.
Any guidance much appreciated!

Issue resolved (for now) I stumbled across someone who had a similar issue. Adding the following code to the wp-config.php file resolved this issue: define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

Re: SVG Issue: I have opened each of my logo slider svg files in Sublime Text editor. The following code already features in the first line of each svg file <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
Notive UTF is uppercase in my code (does that matter at all?)
I’m not sure why I’m still seeing the error script at the top of my site?
I’m not a huge fan of using PNG files for logos, and would much prefer to keep them as SVG. Is there anything else I can do to try and resolve this issue?

I’m simply trying to edit the color of the link in the ‘Small Bar Above Main Menu’ to #3A75FF and leave the rest of the text #ffffff
Currently, all of the text is white. I want the link to stand out.

Thanks for the speedy response. However, it doesn’t give me the ability to change the color of links for this element?
It only allows me to change the colour of fonts, background, and border (seen here https://ibb.co/bzMSap)
I’d like to have #ffffff for the text and change the phone number link to #3a75ff (seen here https://ibb.co/iW8OFp)

Apologies, I’m not sure what I need to do? I simply want to add a search box to my homepage that functions exactly the same way the search bar functions in the site header.
On line 776 of the search.php file is the following code: (which doesn’t work in my codeblock)

}Please, can you explain as simply as possible what I’d need to do to add an additional search bar to my site.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to see the site until it goes live. The site is being stored and developed in a bizarre way!
I’ve had to edit my browser host file in order to gain visibility of the site in order to work on it.
See screenshots attached regarding my Ajax Search issue. Screenshot 1 (https://ibb.co/fOzAsJ) shows the function working perfectly in the header. However, screenshot 2 (https://ibb.co/n8Ezmd) shows the search bar not working correctly when placed in a Code Block on my site homepage.
I’d like the search function to display results whilst the user types. It works fine in the header, but not on the page itself.
I can give you FTP logins if they’re of any use?

I have tried checking the ‘Append Search Icon to Main Menu’ option. However, the search icon still doesn’t display?
Are you able to provide css to enable it to appear?
