I have an update, after testing all plugins enabling and disabling them I have found that the problem is caused by the eu cookie constant message. When it is enabled the cart gets empty after you click on the show cart or checkout button. Please could you help me??

the difference is that the second menu contains full link to homepage with anchor while the original one has only the anchor for the scrolling effect. Or is there other way how to achieve it with the plugin?
