I guess the URL would be useful.
I’ve done a few fresh installs, even to the one that was released on the 19th but still no luck.
I removed the cache and disabled the plugin but the issue still persisted, I also tried flushing local cache.
This is a live install, so please be careful when toying with the system.
As I said, the CSS exists but in the ver=4.4 of the file, it is absent, if I manually switch to 4.5 in my browser, the CSS is present.
Just for fun I disabled all plugins including the cache plugin and it still insists on using a cached version of 4.4.
I just checked and the stylesheet is linking to: /wp-content/themes/glowgreen/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/css/avia-builder.css?ver=4.4
I viewed the css and all of the styles were missing. I then manually switched to ver=4.5 and the styles showed. In the cache plugin emptying cache, updating query strings nor anything else resolves this.
Do you know of a way I can manually change the ver number?
Hi Yigit, I did the upgrade via FTP.
The CSS files has the classes for the new elements, but when I check in firebug, they’re not there. Very odd.
I cannot disable all of the plugins, but I am almost certain they are not the issue.
Hi Yigit,
I haven’t. I was hoping I could somehow make it work with the theme alone, but if not, I will check out the plugin, thanks.
I am always cautious of adding plugins, as they add overheads to every single page, not just the ones they’re utilised one.
Thanks
Fixed!
I also had an additional variable. We run of https. So I had to specify https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/*
Just mysite.com didn’t work. Hopefully that might help somebody in the future.
Hey Ismael,
Cloud flare is something I do have enabled. I tried to exclude the wp-admin/* but that doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue.
Could it be another setting within Cloudflare? I appreciate that it now appears the issue isn’t related to the theme. But if you have any ideas, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi Elliot,
The issue started recently. Prior to this it worked as expected. I have 3.3.2 installed.
The issue is present on every page, new and existing.
I have very few plugins:
Contact Form 7
Gravity Forms
Jetpack
Postman SMTP
VaultPress
W3 Total Cache
Toast SEOI can try deactivating them, but they’re all popular plugins and I don’t imagine they’re causing the issue.
