I am trying to upload pictures into our website and ad additional plugins for Yoast SEO Premium and I get “Unable to create directory uploads/2020/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server? Who can assist us with this as we need to have this fixed and installed ASAP.

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)

We have been having support with you since we downloaded the Enfold theme. We would love to have support when needed as we cannot get our website resolved with updates. We need assistance ASAP.
I am still having issues with our website not being able to do a theme update. I would be happy to do a webinar to ensure that all is fixed properly. We do not have a backup as this would be helpful if you can assist us with how to do that. Please advise..
