This request is unresolved and I am still seeking assistance.
Please take a look for me? My memory limits are plenty. The demo finally installs but not properly. Is there a way to upload the demo manually via FTP. It’s nearly 24 hours now and still no resolution but rather a series of questions easily answered by a login. This is especially frustrating since I provided login credentials at the onset. I am really disappointed in the level of customer service I have received reference this matter.

There appears to be a clear issue with importing and Enfold 2017 but no clear resolutions. Is it possible you can take a look for me so that I may move past this issue?
Yes, I reset prior to importing the demo.

Jordan, thank you kindly for responding. Not for the theme but for the Demo. Initially, I receive an unable to import Demo data please refresh and try again. When the demo finally installs I get a layer slider error that states unable to display.
I don’t understand the cue priority. There are request submitted well after mine that have been answered/acknowledged/resolved. Please assist as I was not able to find a solution in previous threads. Thanks loads.

Then logo will be smaller than the client wants. Header height is limited for menu to align properly?
The space between the primary link and the sub link below is huge. They are disconnected by approximately 100 Pixels or more. The sub link should be directly under the primary link. Problem is on ourkidzfirst.org. Menu should behave like menu on vernonholmeselectric.com
I noticed that if I change the menu on the electric site to the same line as the header it also dawns a big gap.
Issue seems to be with logo left menu right. The menu on the electric site is logo left menu below and it behaves properly.
I am not using mega menu. I also did not use mega menu on this site but the sub link works properly. Vernonholmeselectric.com. See login to this site in private section.
However, I did change the test menu to mega menu as requested.
