p.s. it styled the widgets in the footer, too, which I didn’t want.
gary
yes!! thank you!!
Ismael, that worked, and almost perfect. Do you see how the widget title bar of the widget in the three “testbox styling test” examples in main body of the site have a blue background and doesn’t float inside of the blue border? That’s what I need. Is that possible?
thank you!!
Elliott, that worked, but now it changed my sub level navigation menu links to blue. I want them to be this color an not bold: #61bb46.
Gary
I solved my problem: I didn’t have the default menu designated so it was using the wrong one and so the CSS wasn’t applying to the right thing.
thanks
Ok, I’m good now. I also changed my image to be the background and made the image 1486 pixels wide, which is what it seemed to want to be.
thank you!
garySuccess!! thank you!!
gMay 3, 2015 at 10:44 pm in reply to: Move menu back down…closer to horizontal bottom border? #438619Gunter, is it clear I want to move the main menu down, closer to the slider? This code seems to move the blue text to the right of the logo to the left and right.
thank you
Ok, I’ve got that figured out. I have the slider set at 100 X 320 and the graphic in the slide is 320 pixels hight, but it still gets cut off. Any ideas why?
thank you

April 21, 2015 at 4:37 pm in reply to: Add image or text at top of homepage between top logo and menu on right #432114that worked, but now the two lines of text or about 150 pixels or so separated vertically….like the line height is too large. This texts “The Association of Record for Bid, Proposal, Business Development, ” is way at top, and this text is way at the bottom “Capture and Graphics Professionals”
yes, that worked. thanks!!! How can get rid of the thin gray border between the menu and the logo now?

April 20, 2015 at 8:06 pm in reply to: Add image or text at top of homepage between top logo and menu on right #431555p.s. the add widget PHP code added area after the menu. Wouldn’t I want one after the logo, or before the menu? Maybe that’s why it’s too low?
thanks
garyApril 20, 2015 at 7:32 pm in reply to: Add image or text at top of homepage between top logo and menu on right #431539I think that worked, but the text is too low and is down in the slider area. how do I get it up where I need it?

thanks
thanks. that worked!
thank you, that worked. Would it also be possible to push the menu above the border about 35 pixels as in the example site http://www.apmp.org/ , instead of below it ?
thank you

where might I look to find this WooCommerce code. I didn’t change any of it directly, so there is nothing in my child theme’s css. I might have changed some CSS, but how would that mess it up?
gary
this is all I’ve changed:
.widget {
padding: 10px 0 10px 0;
float: none;
}h2 {text-transform: none;}
.logo img {
display: none;
}.avia-desc-col.pricing-table li {
text-align: left;
}#header {
margin-top: 200px;
}.boxed #wrap_all {
border-right: 1px solid #e1e1e1 !important;
border-left: 1px solid #e1e1e1 !important;
}.testbackgound {
padding-top:20px;
padding-bottom:20px;
margin: 5px;
background-image: url(http://relationships-at-work.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/symphony.png);
background-repeat: repeat;
border: solid 1px;
line-height: 90%;
}.testbackgound_blue {
padding-top:20px;
padding-bottom:20px;
margin: 5px;
background-image: url(http://relationships-at-work.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/symphony_blued.png);
background-repeat: repeat;
border: solid 1px;
line-height: 120%;
}I fixed my problem by just creating a new blog post page. This is the second or third time I’ve figured this out about the Avia page builder: while it normally works extraordinarily well and is HUGELY useful, occasionally it is buggy, so if something doesn’t work, remove it and try it again and then it works.
I would still like to remove WooCommerce if you can help me with that. It’s just there unnecessarily right now. thank you
garythe entire homepage goes blank and I only get this error message: Fatal error: Call to a member function get_cart_subtotal() on a non-object in /home/d3brad/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/functions.php on line 11
thanks
garyHow can I deactivate WooCommerce? I get an error message when I do it and it breaks my site.
