Hi! When I go here there is no “editor” option.
I see Customize, widgets, menus and simple customize. See here: http://www.weglobalnetwork.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Screen-Shot-2017-09-27-at-9.27.31-PM.png
What’s up?
Thanks!
Beth
Hello – I have this question? How do I know the page ID so I can write custom css?
Thanks,
Beth
I am using the gallery element, but for the image size I had chosen one size for all of them, not what you suggested (original). Seems like, since they’re all the same size in pixels, they should all respond to the size chosen the same way. Interesting.
That fixed it – thanks much Guenni007!
Well, it looks like its working correctly now! Thanks!
Same as I did on this homepage:
Between the different headers I used the “whitespace” element to create empty space. So that the next heading (March 20, 2016 1-3PM) isn’t adjacent/directly under “the nain”, but there is space between them (180 px to be exact).
But when I put the same element into the migtri.org website, it actually puts WHITE there, as opposed to just SPACE.
Does that makes sense?

Thanks so much! that was perfectly helpful. Have a lovely day!

Hi Andy, Thanks for your response and help!
That is what I thought would work, but I’ve tried that, a million times. That was the most confusing part to me – when I increased the pixel height of the color section, instead of showing me more of the photo (the parts cut off) it just stretched the photo so that I could see the same amount of the photo but its bigger.
For example – look here: http://www.new.globalgl.org/?page_id=211
I just did what you suggested, even re-selected the photo at full size, and its oriented “bottom-center” which clearly is not happening. There is a whole skyline at the bottom of this photo that just will not be visible!Thoughts? ideas? anyone want to try to just fix it for me? :)
Thanks

.grid-content{
min-height: 167px;
}?

November 7, 2014 at 5:27 pm in reply to: Various headings/sizes/colors of text in same text block #347806You guys are the best! Thanks… silly little period.
I did have to change it to “font-size” instead of “font-weight” just for anyone else reading this trying to make it bigger, not bolder.
Thanks thanks thanks a million!
November 6, 2014 at 9:00 pm in reply to: Various headings/sizes/colors of text in same text block #347369Hi Gunter,
Thanks for your help. I think you understood my question, but I’m not sure. I tried to do what you said but must have done it wrong.
1. I went into the Enfold Quick CSS field and entered:
paragraphlargertext{
color: green !important;
font-weight: 36pt !important;
}2. I went into the text block on the page and added:
<span class=”paragraphlargertext”>Chicago Office of New Americans</span>
to the beginning of the text while in the “visual” option (versus text option).
**and is this the “HTML Tag Span” ?It just showed that in my text block once updated. If I have to “create a class” i don’t know how to do that.
Thanks…

November 5, 2014 at 6:01 pm in reply to: opacity and color of content sections – special headings and text blocks #346679Hi Yigit,
This is the page (ignore how bad it looks I’m messing around) –
http://www.new.globalgl.org/?page_id=211
-So, I created “Heading6” to be the same as my main heading but to have a gray background (you’ll see “convening press” is H6, the rest of the headings are H4), but, it has no opacity.
Ideas?
Thanks!
Thanks Yigit, as always.
November 5, 2014 at 4:50 pm in reply to: masonry gallery – larger images are being made half size #346620Hi Andy,
But then you cannot click on the individual images.
So, with the masonry gallery, you have to scale the images exactly how you want them to appear? because if you use something like this:
.container .av-masonry-entry { width: 35%!important; }
it will make all of them the same width, and you lose the “masonry” quality, having some images double width or height, correct?And, if you want to upload large images because you’re using them in other places on the site where you want them large, you have to ALSO upload smaller images to use for the masonry gallery because otherwise they’ll be huge.
I think I’m understanding..
Thanks!
Innnnteresting, I swear I tried if 938807 times before. It’s working now, yes, sorry for wasting time!
