Hi Mike, I only have two websites which use an Instagram feed. Each uses a different feed and both display the same error as above. This is a new error as both sites used to work fine. I’m keen to get the Enfold Instagram widget working more than anything.
I have a couple of other websites with different themes. Both have a page which used to display an Instagram feed. Both now display this error:
Instagram Feed is encountering an error and your feeds may not be updating due to the following reasons:
There has been a problem with your Instagram Feed.API error 999: Your access token could not be decrypted on this website. Reconnect this account or go to our website to learn how to prevent this.
Also, they display a button telling me how to fix the error, which links to this page:
https://smashballoon.com/doc/instagram-api-error-message-reference/?instagram#999
Not sure if the above is connected to the reason why Enfold Instagam feed is failing?
Thanks a lot for your help. What a simple solution!! Fantastic.
Thanks, the map is now displaying after adding the CSS. I cannot see an option to disable the File Compression in the theme settings though.
Also, where can I edit this text please?
<h2 class=’avia-caption-title
to change it to a H1 tag for the Easy Slider?
Hello, any chance I could get some support today please? Thanks.

Tes once the host had done what you suggested, all worked fine. Thank you.
DOne thanks.
I think it seems to have stabilized now, thanks.
If I use DropBox for screenshots what email address do you want me to share a folder with? Thanks.
Thank you.
No thanks, you took way too long to get back to me. 4 days??
Sorry, but I cannot wait any longer for your help. At this stage, I think your support is dreadful.
Hello, still not working. Could I please have some help with this?
Hello again, I have done what you have asked and the problem still exists.
Also, will auto-updates overwrite any changes I make to the theme?
Hi, I tried that but my dashboard/updates states:
Themes
Your themes are all up to date.Looks good to me. The site is offline as it’s being updated by some elderly ladies. Fans of the opera guy.
Thank you so much for your help and advice.
Kind regards
Gary
Thank you. That’s quite technical for me. As I don’t use a child theme, will it work if I paste the following in the main theme functions.php and then make sure I do it again if I update the theme? Do I need to paste anything else or just this? Thank you.
add_filter(‘avf_header_setting_filter’, function($header) {
$header[‘header_transparency’] = ‘header_transparency’;
$header[‘header_class’] .= ” av_header_transparency”;
return $header;
}, 10, 1);I cannot seem to get rid of that dreadful white block over the navigation using CSS.
The headers on all pages and posts just need to be transparent by default.
I need the white part of the navigation on all pages and posts (old and new creations) to have a background color of #9ea67b so that the main site navigation can be visible. This site uses a calendar and when you click on an event the navigation at the top of the page is not visible due to a white strip: https://www.simonkeenlyside.info/events/wozzeck-bavarian-state-opera-munich-4/
I need it all to look like this https://www.simonkeenlyside.info/schedule/ without having to manually set the transparency of each page or post (not that this is possible within the calendar plugin). Users need to be able to see the main website navigation on all pages and posts.
I have tried to do this in the custom CSS box but had no luck so far and have spent hours on this.
Thanks for your help.

This is what a normal header looks like and how I want all headers to look by default:
https://www.simonkeenlyside.info/schedule/However, this is how some post headers display, and it is impossible to navigate.
https://www.simonkeenlyside.info/events/wozzeck-bavarian-state-opera-munich-4/I was hoping this would be a quick fix with some custom CSS to fill the colour as green:
Thank you

Hi Jordan
There is no “Shrinking header” option as suggested.
Kind regards
Gary
Hello, any update on this please.
I would like to use the custom CSS element to change the background colour behind the main navigation block, from the top of the page to the bottom of the main navigation area. Only on posts and not on pages. Is this possible please?

I have an events calendar and individual entries are not displaying the grid row as I am unable yo use Layout Builder with them. It breaks the style consistency of the website. If you look at the community calendar page and then go to any individual event, you will see my problem. Thank you.
