All set – feel free to close. Thanks!
That did it – thanks much!
Brian
You bet – please close. I’ll add a review now.

Thank you kindly, Mike! This is honestly the best theme out there and the support is outstanding!

Hi,
I tested to see if it was the code block with the Everyaction API call and that does not appear to be the issue. Feel free to test it yourself by temporarily removing the code block from the page and updating. The slider is still missing.
Thanks,
Brian
Thanks, I had to reset the password…and spaced letting you know. Login details added in private.
The NGPVAN API call writes from the home page form to the NGPVAN EveryAction CRM database. We have been using this call with no changes to its code for about 14 months without issue until a few days ago. The form is still rendering

Hi,
Deactivating all plugins does no resolve the problem. I tried them one by one and then deactivated all and the issue persists.

Hi Nikko,
I am confused. I don’t see a shopping cart anywhere on the demo site or in any of the mobile images on the Enfold site. Also, why would the cart show up by default w/o any items in the cart on mobile, but not do the same on desktop where there is MUCH more space in the header?
Brian
Yes, which it should if it had anything in it. But it is appearing even when the cart is empty.
Brian
Thank you – that worked.

Thanks, we have installed this plugin. We are, however, now noticing that the forms are just simply not working. Please see the following examples and submit some test posts.
Form 1: https://hiphi.org/contact/
Form 2: https://hiphi.org/youth/The posts are being written to the back-end plugin (Contact Form DB), but they are taking a VERY long time to process on the user-end (leaving users to believe the form is broken; see screenshot showing “Processing”, which stays up on the screen for upwards of a full minute) and the emails are not being sent to the designated recipient ( (Email address hidden if logged out) ). Once the form is submitted, there also is no confirmation message on any of the forms (there was before.)
Please help – thanks.
Brian
I am attaching my site’s details in Private Content if you want to test there.

We are having the same issue as well. We have correctly selected the option shown in the img.ur above.
Fantastic – thank you!
Hi,
I can’t get this to work. Deleting the “if mobile” line doesn’t work… replacing it with browser URL caused site to crash. Please advise what this code should look like.
Thank you,
Brian
Thank you, this seems to fix the visibility issue when the menu is expanded. There is a problem when the menu collapses into it’s stacked format where the cart overlays (or sits on top of) the menu. This only happens when the screen is above 768 and less than 1068. See image here: http://imgur.com/a/ARh07
Also, when the nav menu is expanded, the cart is aligned too far to the right, cutting off the right side of the cart box: http://imgur.com/UJmrAza
Thanks for your help,
Brian
Thanks, the CSS you are seeing was not directly added by me. I selected under Theme Options > Header > Header Custom Height. We used the drop-down to change it from 100px to 110px. This must then have added it to the Child css file.
When I set it back to 100, the issue is still there. Also, when I go to Appearance > Editor > Style.css, I see this: http://imgur.com/a/zzvnS
I see no added CSS here… and it does not exist under Quick CSS.
The code above mostly works, but just wanted to raise a red flag that this is is an issue (only on the home page where we are using a transparent header.)
Thanks,
Brian
Any updates/guidance on this?
Thanks Rikard. I added this to Quick CSS, but do not see any difference. The buttons and text aren’t scaling between 768 and 1024 and therefore they start to disappear (or get cut off) until they resize when the screen size reaches 768.
Brian
Thanks!
Brian
Thank you!
I think you are misunderstanding my support request. The site looks fine because I used a backup of the site database and theme to make the site functional. If you go to Updates, you will see that the site is using Enfold 3.7.1 and that Enfold 3.8 is available. When I upload to 3.8, the site crashes and gives me the error shown in the imgur file I shared earlier.
This is the issue. Why is the site crashing when I update the theme?
Thanks,
Brian
