Issue solved by changing Header Mobile activation from ”Smartphones only” to ”Smartphones and Tablets”.
Great service and thank you for great support and such an incredible and powerfull theme.

This is on Safari Browser under previous IOS 7 and now IOS 8.0.2 (upgraded today) on an Ipad air.
Even though code above (in original post) has been added to quick CSS, the mobile menu doesn’t appear.

Cache has been cleared multiple times in Safari.
