Hello Josue. I tried what the article said. Unfortunately, nothing changed. Any other suggestions. I’m not sure what to do.
Thanks for your help Ismael. I rename, but unfortunetly it didn’t seem to do anything. I cannot wrap my head around this.
Hey Yigit. I did what you said and it went back to what it is supposed to look like. When I removed the phone number on the top right, it reverted back to the messed up looking home page. Also, the option for the menus are missing still. When I go to Apperance> Menu, there is still no dropdowns and I cannot edit the menu. I’m not sure what to do.
How do I do that Josue. I thought I did that already. Can you point me to a video that shows me? And will all my work on the site disappear?
I’m seeing WordPress 4.0 and 2.9.2. I don’t see how you are seeing that, but I may be mistaken. If so, how do I fix it?
I’m still trying to fix the problems on the site. Under Header Layout>Extra Elements, I have the number to 555-555-5555. Whenever I change and save it, the entire front page (home page) especially the video and the pics at the bottom get thrown off. When I upgraded and re-installed WordPress, it is showing the number at the top right to be 1-800-Mix-Alot. The home page is fixed, but that is not the number I want to show up. And even when the site looks correct, I still cannot edit he menu in the appearance section. I cannot figure out what is going on. Can someone please help?
When I click update now, to update Enfold, it just takes me back to the top of the screen. I updated to WP 4.0. Seem the screen reverted back and I cannot update Enfold.
Ok. Thank you so much. Was there something I could have done to fix it myself? As far as editing the menu goes, is there anything I can do for that?
Hey Devin. Thanks for your response. The page that I am working on is the Transparent Header page. If I am understanding correctly, you can only use either the advanced or the default? I though maybe you could see both. I am just using the template that was given for the transparent header page. I just wanted to see about adjusting some code.
