I don´t see that option on my Setup. I have attached another link that shows the error on a picture.
May 1, 2024 at 12:34 am in reply to: After PHP Upgrade, these error appeared but en I updated the theme via FTP #1441517Thanks Ismael, it now working correctly except for the Menu on the Shop Page, I have created a new post for that. We can close this issue. Appreciate it.
I tried the code but doesn’t seem to work. There is less padding between image and borders, but the image doesn’t fit to borders top and bottom.
Another suggestion?
Hey! you can close this topic.

Posts are now showing, however, for some reason an Auto Draft is being created not allowing to show the posts. It is not happening with all posts, mostly with older posts;
Take a look at this image and look at the breadcrumb: http://www.northware.mx/?attachment_id=2373
UPDATE: WE MANAGE TO MAKE THE NAMES SHORTER AND NOW THEY LOOK OK.
You can now close this threat.

Interesting, FTP upload didn’t show errors and theme installed shows 2.6.2 as installed inside wordpress. We will update again and get back to you.
Did the update of the theme and now the Menu got screwed. The new post still is not showing in the blog, however, if I’m logged in, the post shows.
Could you please help me fix the menu and the posts not showing to visitors.

November 5, 2013 at 11:14 pm in reply to: Change color of the header and pricing row in a pricing table #184977Thanks man,
You nailed it. Mark this one as solved.
November 4, 2013 at 6:03 pm in reply to: Change color of the header and pricing row in a pricing table #184364Thanks Yigit.
I think I’m not explaining myself. The code did change the colors just as yours but what I want is just to change the colors on 2 cells: the one that says Business Plan and the one that has the $20. ONLY THOSE TWO CELLS.
Is it possible?

November 4, 2013 at 6:26 am in reply to: Change color of the header and pricing row in a pricing table #184124Did it but all 3 columns keep changing. I just want to change the color of the second column.
November 3, 2013 at 5:34 am in reply to: Change color of the header and pricing row in a pricing table #183871Added the code but both lines on the 3 columns changed color. Is it possible to just the lines on the middle column?

October 25, 2013 at 10:31 pm in reply to: Issues with Logo, Background and Main Slider (IMPORTANT) #180839SOLVED…PLEASE READ BELOW, IT MIGHT HELP YOU OR OTHERS….
We really don’t know why it happened or which plugin did it but the .htaccess file had a weird line. Once we Comment that line, everything worked and got back to normal.
Here it is:
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L]
#RewriteRule (.*) /index.php?uamfiletype=attachment&uamgetfile=$1 [L]
</IfModule>October 24, 2013 at 4:51 pm in reply to: Issues with Logo, Background and Main Slider (IMPORTANT) #180312Guys,
We need your SPECIAL help as we just realized that this has to do with the theme not with the hosting, wordpress or other thing. Here’s what we have:
When loading the theme images won’t load (That’s why the logo and background are not showing), even when accessing directly through http. However, when accessing through ftp the file can be seen.
Examples:
ftp://74.220.215.237/northware/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/desarrollo-de-software-260×163.png
vs
http://74.220.215.237/northware/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/desarrollo-de-software-260×163.png
We have noticed that images with the display issues are located on that particular folder.
When activating a different theme images load without any issues.
So far we have tried:
Uploading a previous backup (The whole WP installation)
Restoring DB backups
Reviewing the htaccess file (it is exactly the same as any other WP installation)But the issues persist.
Please advise

October 23, 2013 at 3:37 am in reply to: Issues with Logo, Background and Main Slider (IMPORTANT) #179409Ismael,
I don’t think you get my point. All the website got messed up. Theme options are well configured on a predefined color scheme both in english and spanish.
Is as if all the links that point to the pictures in the whole website are not working. The advanced slider is not showing anywhere along with the background and the logo. In other computer no one picture is showing in spanish nor in english. Actually, english language is disabled…please take a look at the website once again and revert…www.northware.mx

Josue,
I added the code on the custom.css but the result is not what I expected since the space on the header remains the same. Please take a look what happened with the change: http://www.northware.mx/?attachment_id=2206
The space I wnt to get rid off remains untouched and the slider went behing the main menu.

Josue.
I put the code into the Quick CSS and nothing changed. It looks the same.
I do have something else in that Quick CSS space. Does that affect?
This is what I have.
#commentform label{ left: 0; }
#top .comment-form-url input, #top .comment-form-email input, #top .comment-form-author input{ margin-left: 55px; }
.comment-form-url{ display: none; }- This reply was modified 11 years, 3 months ago by genarojrs.
Will try that Josue. Thanks
Thanks Josue, that did the trick. How about changing the Name field to “Nombre”. I appreciate your help.
That did it. I have an issue with some email been blocked so I’ll mark this one as solved. Thanks
Thanks
We will mark this one as solved. It was a redirection issue on our side. Thanks.
Thanks Ismael.
Yes, that’s right, its very weird. Its not showing and it enters into this reloading infinite loop. Should I look into the configuration? We got in the phone with our hosting company and we were able to migrate appropriately the DNSs.
We are going to be looking to a redirect that we did from http://www.northware.com.mx and I’ll get back to see what we found out. More than likely, now that I think about it, this should do it.
For now, it’s kind of weird.
