hey the fix suggested by you isn’t working !!

in reply to: custom post and category and blog post and category conflict #398955

Well, what should i do ?, i’m also using another theme (KLEO) on my other website I never faced such problem, my main motive of purchasing theme is defied.
Even Kleo theme provides such different bifurcations. kindly let me know what should i do. ?

No doubt your theme is very good, but it just doesn’t fulfil my requirement..!!

I even asked at the envato marketplace for refund, but they said that they cannot provide me any refund because theme isnt broken ?

can you help in some way ? or bring up some solution ?

my dear friend, i’m saying from starting that custom post types from learndash are not available in the selection. Even its categories are not shown separately, they are merged with blog posts !!

i’m using learndash, a lms plugin which creates courses and lessons as custom posts and separate categories for them, and when i switch to default wordpress theme, i don’t face any issue everything works fine, i only face the issue within enfold.

in default theme all the content related to learndash is shown in courses and its related pages only, there is no leak of such posts in blog page.

thanks for reply ismael, but you din’t get my question correctly.. what i mean to ask is how to diffrentiate the categories of blog posts and custom post ?

for example i have custom post type of course,
now when i enter a particular course in business category and a blog post in business category,

both the custom post course and blog post are displayed in blog, which i don’t need, i want to biffurcate them, so that custom posts and category only show on page related to them, and blog posts and categories stay differently.
