I have tried it (hide out of stock items from catalog) on WooCommerce > Settings > hide out of stock. but it does not work, any other ideas please?

The check box is mandatory in United States, Europe and more countries, by the laws of Spam. Do you mean that enfold does not support check boxes in mailchimp blog widgets? Or in the mailchimp forms? oO
Hi andy, yes the preview form is ok, the chekbox is ok in the preview form, but the problem is the check box dont appears in blog content or sidebar.
In the blog the forms appears without the checkbox, in the form of the sidebar, and in the form below the content of the entry.thank you
