    We have finally fixed this. Apparently the first 2 people helping me didn’t know what they were doing. The third finally did. We’re up and running. Please close this ticket.

    I have already done all of this and spent most of my day yesterday trying to fix this to no avail. We are running WordPress 5.0.2 and PHP version: 5.6.29-hw1 (which is the highest we can go). Please help, or I’ll need to request a refund. I thought I’d have it up and running yesterday and we still don’t even have the theme loaded.
