i put the code for debug mode. When i put a nextgen gallery in the advanced layout all seems to work

two questions:

-can i let the debug mod code in function.php. (if i remove it , that breaks my nextgen gallery)

-how can i change “the fullwidth menu word” when i ‘m on mobile:
actually on mobile, the menu is displayed and labelled “menu” . iwant to change the word “menu” by an other word.

is it possible?.
