1. I’ve delete the search icon.
2. It’s not the truth that the “jump” does not occur when the page has been loaded multiple times by hitting refresh. Press F5 – layout still makes the jump.

“display only the footer widget (no socket)”.

I solved this problem by myself. I should use png files (not jpg).

Windows 7 and Firefox, but on Chrome effect is the same.
I think it’s not depend on OS or browser.

Layout is unstable. Logo and other elements change its position.
