Rikard, thank you for the suggestion. I copied the shortcodes but that didn’t get rid of a problem that first developed with the page margins when this issue appeared, but creating templates from all the sub-sections and using those in a new page brought back the original design without any lingering issues.

February 20, 2024 at 10:59 pm in reply to: searching for a topic in the forum results in critical error on this website #1434950Originally it failed in the same way on the keyword “lightbox” (without the quotes). Since then I’ve tried other random searches. It failed when searching on animation, sidebar, footer, footer height, and template but the search succeeded for “element template” (without quotes) and icons, font weight, mega menu, footer menu, sidebar widget and “footer height” WITH quotes.
The best I can tell is that it sometimes helps to add another word to a search term if the word by itself failed and “footer height” was an example where it worked with quotes added.
I’ll open a ticket for the question I had about the lightbox. Thanks.

In short, I log in (if I’m not already logged in) — this is not shown — I type a word into the search field (either the upper or lower one at https://kriesi.at/support/) and press the Search button. After a few moments the error notification shows.

Please close it
This works in pages where I’ve disabled transparency in the header, which is fine for my purposes. Thanks.
