We are offloading storage of the site to amazon AWS to keep our cost lower… could this be causing an issue?

Ive contacted WPengine support and we turned off CDN BUT IT HAS NOT HELPED.. They also added code change provided by Yigit to the backend and it made no difference. I AM AT THE END OF OPTIONS TO TRY here.. If you see below, our staging website looks fine: https://flyworxstaging.wpengine.com/ (hosted on WPengine) What else can we do?
We also purchased support from Envato market.. where can we request help?
Yigit, i tried provided fix where you add code to .htaccess file… its still not working. We never had any issues with icons prior to these latest updates in the last few weeks… what else can be happening? Aside from icons not showing up, entire icons field where you edit and choose icons are completely empty in Avia builder… not sure what else we can do to fix it…?
Still not working, aslo just updated enfold to 4.7, icons still not showing up.. can you take a look? Login crudentials in private content area.
Just updated theme via envato to 4.6.3.1 as well as followed directions here to update PHP but still not working correctly… now shows small boxes in lace of social icons and no icons in icon boxes..
Any suggestions?

Should we update parent or child first? Also, do we use enfold full theme download that includes content or just the theme file?

Josue, actually, I just checked it on my iPhone and it does not open up :(. Pop up works but it shows a small symbol instructing you to turn phone horizontally but it still won’t show the form… is it due to iframe…?
Any other suggestions to make it work on mobile?
