Thanks for this snippet of code.
Can I ask if you have a way to remove the numbering next to the images and if you are close to adding this feature to the advanced layout builder.

Have you tried contacting your hosting provider to see if anything changed serverside? You can also try using an SMTP plugin to see if this helps with the issue.

Fellow user like yourself so just offering a suggestion on how I went about this :)
Have a look at http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Once you set your custom CSS you will be able to change the background to the individual elements.
The layout renders well and I have a carbon copy of my site in my development environment.

Do we need to access this in order to index the content within the page builder?
Are you using multisite and did you try disabling cache under network in Chrome developer tools?
From what I can see the menu hover states look different at the moment.
Very strange, I’m hosting site Siteground and don’t have any issues. I very much doubt this is the theme. Are you able to send the links to both sites as I might be able to help you solve this issue.
Using the above codes conflicts with adding the layout builder to custom post types.
Do you have a solution for this please?
