Thanks for looking into this – actually, my original file is not cropped, but somehow it got cropped upon upload (when I upload an image, it is resized as a portfolio image, without me asking for it). So now it’s settled, but this by-default cropping isn’t a welcome feature, I have to say…

I am sorry to hear that my only option is to redo the page entirely (especially given that I cannot copy the html code and just copy paste it, the thing being built with the visuel builder!) Deactivating plugins hasn’t changed anything. This is the second time it happens to me, and all of these portfolio items are done under the same model, so I am quite unhappy about this – it can happen anytime, and since there are no revisions for portfolio items (only for articles and pages), I cannot roll back to a previous version when something goes wrong!

I would highly urge you to find the bug that’s causing this problem – as you see, my layout is very simple and there is almost no html involved except some words in bold.

Hi there,

I actually really need help with this. I have tried saving my portfolio item as a model, and create a new portfolio item using this model. The model only saves about 1/7th of the page, the rest is gone (see model “Tristan test”).

What do I do? If I modify the existing page, it makes almost all of the content disappear; same if I duplicate through model. This seems to be a big bug… Please help!

Thanks. I have inserted the code, but there is no change. About the shrinking header – this is actually a feature we want, it just needs to shrink while staying centered. It has worked since two weeks and stopped working yesterday…

Thanks! The only problem now is that the banner is not centered (there is a small margin on the right, and when you scroll, it goes on the left instead of staying centered). Is there a remedy? :-)

If I may, I have another question : I have added some icons via Fontello, but all the icons I have added since yesterday do not show up correctly (it shows blank icons). I have followed exactly the same process as before..

I have installed this plugin and have tried it with portfolio items, and it does not save revisions. So basically my whole website is based on an item type that cannot be saved more than once… Do you have any other ideas? Since this is so unstable, I am worried to continue working on it as I do not want to loose any more work…
