Yes, he did not send a code for that. He sent a code for the menu being stuck to the logo on mobile. Can we expect some common sense? If I am talking about the code, can you follow up what he gave the code for and why is it not working? Can you also explain the delay in correspondence, that is also futile? Most importantly, do we keep on talking or get to fixing the problem? It seems I have to hire someone just to talk to you guys. Shameful.

Setting up the menu as we wanted went well. However, the code you sent me for searching the pages did not work. We tried out different variables actually. KindlyHi Mike,
Somehow it also worked for our developer, great news. However, when continuing we face another bug. Have a look at the picture I sent as private content.
1) The screen options are for 20 items, but only shows 6.
2) Also the pages cannot be searched from appearances>menu to edit the pages.3) Have a look at our website (link sent as private content) through mobile version. On top you find our logo in the corner left and the menu button in the middle. We want the menu button to be on the left and our logo in the middle. It seems as if this is not possible. Your assistance is kindly requested.

We tried it out but this did not solve the problem.

We went a step further by fixing the overwriting. During the follow-up proces we found another glitch. Our website is bi-langual. We use a plug-in so visitors can change the language of the website. Have a look at the pictures in the links I sent you. If you notice, the arabic flag is on the bottom but the english flag is on the side. The problem is solved if only we use flags. And it does not show on mobile menu. We want it to 1) show the language options in text ‘English / Arabic’ (no flags) and 2) be visible on mobile version.Best,

We are seriously shocked about this support of Kriesi. How can you not enter access the dashboard if the previous replier (Rikard) says it works? Look at reply “June 6, 2019 at 3:58 am #1107778”. We strongly condemn your client support. One moment you ask for access, I provide. Other moment you ask for screenshot, I provide. Then you tell me you can’t help by looking at screenshots? Then why do you ask all these unnecessary things if I gave you access? Truly Unbelievable. Shame on your services and client support. We are literally 3 weeks ongoing with this tiny foolish subject and you do not take us serious while we paid extra for support.

Hi Victoria, have a look at these screenshots. We are facing the following problem: Polylang (WP plugin) is overwriting the 1) theme css and 2) custom css. We need your support asap to fix this overwriting. Also read the previous messages of this topic

Unfortunately it did not change anything. I can provide you with some screenshots of what I am facing but through here it is not possible to send it. The screenshots show that there are 3 different css outputs.

This reply has been marked as private.I suggest that you log into my WordPress and have a look at the Polylang plugin. We are only facing this problem woith your theme so far, therefore it makes more sense that you have a look at it instead of the plugin developers.

I am referring to the copyright field underneath the website. I know wat a NoLink is, but I do not want to use the NoLink. I actually do want to refer to certain links in that area..In addition to the above, 2 extra questions. Have a look at my website:
1. In the menu when putting the mouse on ‘Services’, it rolls out the options horizontally. This is a bug. I need it vertically and without a bold font.
2. When looking under the menu, there is an e-mail icon. I also need a cellphone icon. Could you please provide/help?We are facing approaching deadlines so any priority support provided will be appreciated sincerely!
