24pfilms – when I updated the theme using the token, it took a few minutes for it to show that there was an update available….refresh and see if one is available in a few minutes :-)

I think I may have resoved the ‘changes’ issue – I cleared the server side cache.However the ‘icon box’ issue remains.

There is also a problem with the ‘icon boxes’ since updating to the latest theme. Please see example page below.I have now updated to the latest theme.
Videos work when I am logged in.
When I am not logged in they don’t!? In addition icon boxes aren’t working now on the page i provided a link too!?

Just needed to change the permalinks as i don’t use any categories. Then added redirects using the redirect plugin.

In terms of breadcrumbs for SEO purposes, do i have to implement (using short codes describe) to be visible to crawlers/Google?…..or will just changing to custom structure suffice?

Thank you – I have been able to find all but one of the empty H1 tags. One is still being picked up by the tool i use. Any ideas?

Looking at this again – it doesn’t work on Chrome, but does work on IE but not Chrome?

Thanks for getting back to me. In the last 20 minutes the theme seems to be performing better.
The fonts are now displaying correctly. However if you try to change a font there are still issues – if i click into the font box and select a different one from the list, when you come out of the box, it appears as though nothing has changed. Even when you save and stay on the page it will still display the previous font selected. Only when you come away from there and go back will it show the correct font selected.
Other strange things were happenng too – the cookie pop-up would display in every page, even when ‘ok’d’
Seems lots of people are having problems with the new update :-\

I am also having this issue. I clicked on suggested link https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/204051/where-do-the-favicons-for-media-files-come-from – but didn’t find it helpful…lots of suggestions, that didn’t seem all that straightforward.
There must be a single, recommended way to overcome this issue with the Enfold theme?

I seem to have got it working now
How can i add the same shadow effect to the subtitle?
Also Is there a way for the shadow to only be applied to the slider captions…not all other H2 titles?

I have added this and sme code to add shadow behind the main menu text, but it is having no effect…have purged cache. I have kept the latest Enfold version active, so you can see

I see the problem when i view on Safari and Chrome. A static image appears, then spinning wheel before the video loads. Is this how it should be?

I am only using the Enfold theme for video – nothing else
I have the W3 Total cache installed already
I have been using these tools, that’s how i am aware of the video issue!

Inserting video into a “slider” is a selling feature of the theme. If there are known problems it would be useful to have guidance for use – video size to use, don’t set to autoplay….?

The video is an MP4, we followed the ‘PremiumPro’ guidelines for how to export video for web use.
The resulting video is 55Mb
How small do you think it should be…without loss of quality?

I am having a similar problem. I thought the whole point of posting a YouTube link was that it would keep the page size small (and less load on the server). It seems the recommendation for Enfold is to avoid video!? For my site; load time of 31secs and page size 15mb!
Also seems to be a massive request size – see in private (one example).
Lastly i’m told to ‘leverage browser caching’ when i am…using W3 Total cache – how can i resolve this?Many thanks
